Was very disappointed with the whole service, I paid for premium delivery so it arrived early on father's day as i knew my dad would have loved it for fathers day lunch, but it never arrived till 6pm, product was very hot and sweaty and unable to eat especially the clotted cream, not happy at all !

Clotted cream could do with being very slightly bigger as its a bit small for 4 scones but otherwise it was the perfect Fathers Day treat 🥰 will definitely be ordering more in the future!

Well my first time ordering so not sure what to expect, but delivered at the requested day and the quality is just outstanding. The large pastie could feed 2 if not 3 people and the jams, biscuits, clotted cream, scones are superb. Without doubt I will be ordering again soon !

My Father's day hamper did not arrive on the day we was told ,He stayed in all day waiting ,but nothing came. we then got a text to say it would arrive next day ,it and it did ..But my dad has dementia and said it's not safe to eat them now and put them in the bin . I have ordered before and both people who received them said they loved them and was very pleased

Arrived 3 days late, very disappointing.

Ordered Father's day hamper and paid extra to have it delivered on the Sunday. It was handed to over by the postal worker in a large plastic bag as the box was crushed and open, the contents were also crushed, warm and completely inedible. Immediately sent an email and photographs but have only recieved an automated reply. I feel incredibly let down. It would appear others have had a similar experience. Not to reply and try and make good is extremely disappointing.

The scones, hevva buns and fudge were a gift for my parents. They thought they were brilliant and full of flavour. They delighted in the packaging and little pots of cream and jam, and greatly enjoyed their teatime experiences. When they had finished the hamper, they remarked jokingly that it all looked so good, they could have eaten the cardboard box as well! Thank you for such a perfect gift idea.

Father’s Day fell while I was away on holiday. To be able to send a gift that was so different to my dad so he knew I was thinking of him was fabulous and he adored the hamper I arranged. Great service.

It didn’t start off too well through late delivery which really wasn’t the Cornish hamper stores fault it was the delivery services fault with bad treatment of my parcel but l complain to the hamper store & they could not have been nicer and more helpful & the problem was dealt with extremely well.

Great hamper as always. This was for Fathers Day and a nice surprise for my husband.
Quality service ordering from the website however this was let down by the courier who did not deliver the hamper until 2 days after it was expected. I’m aware the courer is separate from Cornish Hamper Store but wanted to highlight this issue.
I will definitely be ordering again as the hampers are great

The beautiful hamper I ordered for my dad for Father’s Day arrived on time and he absolutely loved it. Looked delicious!

My grandson sent me a pastie hamper for Father's Day on Sunday 21st June. It was posted 18th June. A message was received that the hamper would be delivered between 5pm and 7.30pm on Saturday 20th June but no delivery was made. At 1pm on Monday 22nd June, the hamper was delivered. The APC driver apologised for the late delivery and also told me he had 5 similar hampers from Cornish Hamper Company in his van for over due deliveries. In view of the fact that the pasties had been made at least 5days previously and for 4 days they had been unfrigerated in extremely hot weather, they went straight in the bin. I am 82 years of age and was not taking the risk of eating these pasties and making myself ill.
Reading the reviews on Trust pilot it appears a number of customers experienced similar problems.
What a shame the surprise was completely ruined. A very nice idea, good hamper but completely ruined by the poor delivery.

Not only did I order a hamper (cream tea and pasties) for my dad for Fathers Day - he was thrilled to bits, my husband received one from his daughter too! Very good company, the products are of good quality, the packaging is very well done and presentation too. I was concerned about delivery during the heat we are experiencing and needn't have worried. Customer service is excellent. Lovely scones and clotted cream, pots of jam etc. Will not hesitate to use again.

The delivery was 4 days late. I am very disappointed as the parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday for my friend's 50th birthday. When I called I was told it would be delivered on Saturday. Didn't happen and it turned up on Monday which meant the food was not fresh. I would like my money back.

Super hamper for Father’s Day, delivered on the actual day, Sunday, very impressed with the contents, 2 delicious pasties, 4 scones, jam, clotted cream, tea , Cornish fairings, all boxed and delivered, fantastic price, great quality, will definitely be ordering again, Thankyou
