Unfortunately the box was crushed when delivered, kind of spoilt the surprise but food good inside

I have ordered 5 or 6 of these now for different occasions. They are perfect for presents and always go down well. Delivered on time and very well presented. Can highly recommend 😊

The item didn't arrive......what can I say other than very disappointing

Ordered as a Father's Day present, arranged delivery the day before so my children could give it to their Dad in the morning. Received a message from APC to say it wont be delivered today and they will be in touch. Heard nothing, contacted the company who offered a refund or another delivery date. Opted for another delivery date, today, and once again received the same message, it won't be delivered but we will be in touch. Contacted the company who responded with a 'copy and paste'of their initial response which was a little dissapointing.
I appreciate this is not directly the Cornish Hamper Stores fault but perhaps time to get a new delivery company so people can enjoy your lovely products

Ordered the hamper of 4 Scones for my Sisters special birthday after she had bought one for me previously and the Scones were delicious. Her birthday coincided with Father’s Day, and even though the website says free delivery for orders over £20, I was charged £4.95 for delivery.The hamper arrived on the specified day, but on opening it was found to be incorrect and contained 2 scones not the 4 ordered. We had planned to celebrate with the cream tea after a family meal that day but had to change plans due to incorrect order.
After the 4th attempt at contacting the company I finally got a response, and was told as the order had been incorrect I would be due a refund of 20% (£4.92) which equated to less than the postage I paid, or a voucher for 20% off next order. When I complained this was not acceptable as my order was was incorrect with only half of the products paid for sent, and our planned celebration was ruined, I was told that this would cover the cost of buying 2 scones on the Website (this wouldn’t even cover the cost of postage). I complained this would not contain the jam and clotted cream, and was told these were included in the original hamper together with the other products (tea and biscuits).
I asked to speak to a manager, and it was finally agreed I would be sent a replacement hamper, had this been offered initially I would have accepted this without this review. I was told the earliest the hamper would arrive would be 2 days later, however it arrived the following day unexpectedly, and was left out on our doorstep in the baking hot sun.
Unfortunately as good as the scones are, I won’t be ordering again due to the poor experience.

What an amazing experience. every thing was fresh and cold, and very tasty.
I ordered as a gift for my parents, the hamper arrived crushed unfortunately. They manage to salvage most of it and it was very tasty. It was a gift so I was a little sad so i messaged the company and was plesently surprised they messaged me back quickly, they were very apologetic and they even arranged a replacement, they used a different delivery company, it came with with in 48h, everything was perfect this time, the products were very fresh and amazingly tasty. Great portion sizes. We will definitely be using them aging.
There pricing is extremely reasonable for the products you recive.

We pre ordered a small hamper for Father’s Day and he loved it. Delivery arrived on the selected day and the food was great. 10/10

My last order was placed to be delivered on Sunday 21st June for Father's day I received a message to say it would be delivered by royal mail and ok they did deliver it but not until Monday 22nd June and I am sorry to say due to the weather warming up the cream was on the turn and the scones and pasties were warm all my previous orders have been great and I won't let it put me off I will just make sure I request a mud week delivery x

The hamper was dispatched but unfortunately delayed during delivery. Reached out and quickly received an apology and the offer of a replacement hamper or refund. Chose a replacement which was delivered the next day. The contents were lovely and my dad enjoyed the pastie and other bits.

Easy to order with a variety of payment methods. Great communication if you have any questions. Delivered on time with updates as to exact time. My dad said ‘the best pasties I’ve ever tasted. I didn’t even put sauce on them cos I didn’t want to spoil the taste of them’. Superb value. A lush gift for anyone. Hopefully someone will send me one one day!!!

I ordered a hamper for Father’s Day, it arrived on the day requested the quality and flavours of the Cornish pasty’s and scones were lovely.
For the delivery a 2 hour time slot was given, I was also able to track how many drop offs remained before my delivery.
My dad was over the moon I highly recommend.

Fresh scones, lovely jam and cream. Fudge was good quality as were the biscuits… not tried the tea yet! But a nice gift and enough for 4 of us!

Ordered on the 18th June to be delivered on the 19th emailed they said I would get it on the 20th never arrived eventually arrived on the 22nd vet warm with the weather we are having so went straight into the bin disgusted no surprise for partner dont bother save your money or order from another pasty store

The hamper was a lovely surprise for Farthers day. The pasties are delicious. With a lovely cuppa n biscuits got a good crunch and great flavour.
One down side the scones broke apart when cut in half, somehow managed to put cream n jam on and still eat. The jam tasty.

Delivered the box had some damage to it. Overall a great surprise and enjoyed.

Product is always received with joy
I have found it easy to order Arrives on time and has throughly enjoyed. From afternoon tea for my mum and aunt to pasty and cider for mums cousin and I ordered a pasty cream tea as a moving in surprise for my best friend and her husband it was most welcome and appreciated as nothing went to plan that day. I always recommend as a gift idea when you can’t be with someone on a special day

Bought for my dad for Father's day. He absolutely loved it, especially when he found out that they came from near a place where he used to take us on holiday. He said they were packaged great and tasted amazingly authentic. They were delivered right on time and even followed the instructions for safe place
