Brought two of the Dad Cornish Pasty and scones hampers for Father's Day. Both dads loved the surprise and loved the novelty of having dad written in pastry on top of the pasties it was a lovely touch which made the Fathers Day hamper unique and extra special and super tasty!!!

I sent one up to my dad who used to work in the region many moons ago. When he got the package which was delivered to the north east on time for Father’s Day he said that the food smelled as if it was past its best so he never ate it and put it in the bin. He’s in his 80s now so was not taking any chances. He was more upset that I’d ordered it and wasted my money.

Ordered a Father’s Day hamper for Father’s Day. The hamper did not arrive on Sunday as originally planned. It arrived late afternoon on Monday very damaged, warm and with items missing. I have tried to contact via phone 3 times and left messages but no answer or call back. I have also sent emails with photographs of the hamper, no reply as of yet.

I would really appreciate a reply as this was a gift for my father.

Totally recommend, well packaged, can pick your delivery day. Arrived exactly when it said with excellent communication and end to end tracking. But more importantly absolutely delicious.

I wanted to surprise my Mum with a hamper for her birthday, but ordered delivery a week early due to Father's Day and she was going away later that week, I live the other end of the country to her. Royal Mail damaged the parcel and the delivery and sender info was missing, and as it was a surprise she did not know where it came from, or if it was even for her and had to wait for RM to come out and scan the barcode. It took them 5 days to come out and scan it. She didn't even open it just put it in the fridge as she didn't think it was for her and due to the damage could see the pasty. I had phoned her with no response as she was busy, to see if she'd received it.
Mum contacted the Cornish Hamper Store after RM scanned and they were most apologetic, even though the issue was not their fault, and a replacement was delivered the next day.
Mum was really impressed with the contents and the customer care. Thank you.

Delivery was reliable even for a Sunday and at short notice and arrived fresh even on one of the hottest days of the year
Pasties were a good size according to my recipient and the hamper itself was good value and quality contents

Ordered Fathers Day hamper on 17th June - paid had confirmation email then nothing . No update that it had been posted nothing arrived - I have emailed the company three times no response !
Very disappointing especially as it was for Fathers Day - need to get refunded but having no response to emails 🙁

Ordered for Fathers Day, paid extra to have delivered on the Saturday, nothing delivered. Have chased both Cornish Hamper by email (although auto reply says to wait 2 days for a response and it’s only been a day and a half) left a voicemail and emailed the delivery company but no reply from anyone. So currently, giving one star because at the moment it seems I’ve had my money taken and nothing to show for it.

The Fathers Day hamper was perfect, my dad loved every bit of it although the Cornish pasty’s have to be his favourite. Will definitely be ordering again. Arrived when it said it would. Nothing negative to say.

Absolutely love the products from this company . It started as me receiving a gift and now I buy hampers as gifts myself . The Scones are the best I've ever had , the tea makes a lovely brew and I'm northern so love a good cup of tea ! Feedback from Dad on his Cornish Pasty was that it was a really good pasty ! Definitely recommend . Well priced too !

Delivery took 96 hrs. Box arrives bashed and flattened in a plastic bag with an apology letter from Royal Mail regarding the state of parcel. Scones smashed pasties squashed flat and cream was warm and bubbling. this is second time I have ordered from this company and had to wait days past requested delivery day. Gave them a second chance. But definitely not a third. Very disappointed doggy daddy as gift was for Father’s Day and I paid extra to have it arrive on Saturday but sat in Truro Royal Mail office for 3 days Currently waiting for any reply from them for past 48 hrs. Box in bin. Couldn’t take chance of making ourselves sick with food poisoning as box has been ripped flattened and left in warm condition for several days
