Controller wires way too short
The console itself is fine. Most of the games work... the problem is the length of the wires. Controller wires are like 3 ft, power cord wire is like 2 ft.
I have a big TV and can’t be standing 4 feet away. I had to invest in some 8 ft long USB extenders which are super bulky and take up a lot of space.
I would really have preferred a wireless controller option if I knew this would be such a problem... not even sure if there is one?
This experience has started turning into a money sink and I haven’t played in a month.

EDIT:
Changed from 1 star review to 2, after getting the console to work, by using a different power supply I had laying around. All in all I still feel things are quite shifty, and there's a lot of redundant games in the console, as well as games you can't play with the controllers, as they can't supply the required inputs.
First off, I got offered a 10% discount, which showed up fine on the webpage, but once I paid, the full amount was withdrawn. I fif contact support, which seemed to go through Facebook? and haven't yet received a response.
At least the shipping was fairly fast, but far from free. Without having any say in it, the package got relayed through Germany, where I had to pay both toll and a fee amounting to more than 10% of the price I paid. I assume this is outside the control of The Best of Retrogaming, but they must be aware of this, and could at least inform about that risk.
THEN as I finally receive the unit, it doesn't work!
It simply keeps rebooting, over and over, with no signal or anything.
So now I just contacted support about that, at least I have a ticket going in their system, but I assume I'll have to wait ages for that too. Even if I end up utilizing the full 30 days return policy (Which seems doubtful will work based on other reviews I've read here) I'm still down the money I paid to DHL and toll, AND all the time I'm wasting simply trying to get what I ordered, in a working condition...
So yeah, sorry for the rant, but seriously, this is -not- okay!
As a side note, I noticed that their webpage says that it's selling for 50% off this week. Even that seems untrue, as the checkout still shows the original price.

Great plug and play buy
Not always comfortable with buying over seas, but company keep me informed every step. Took 8 days days so super fast. As for the game it’s literally was plug and play. No keyboard needed just controller. All games played really well.

Pros and cons.
It has a lot of games which is good, but few games I miss a lot were not on.
The console case has a lot of details and is sturdy, but the controller is flimsy and buttons (D-pad, a/b/x/y, triggers) are not sensitive, making it hard to play some games that requires precise directions.

I bought a console and it was excellent which i rated five stars before, but I bought a separate megadrive style second controller And Inplug it in and the direction buttons don’t work. Only one or two of the buttons work

No regrets. Love it.
I shall start with my purchase. A little hiccup on payment side but is resolved quickly. Appreciate that.
Now the shipping , it arrive in less than a month, I didn’t really keep track how long but I feel its pretty fast.
Lastly the product, product is as described. I get the one with the most games option, upon running the system, I see alot of nostalgic games. Tested the games and seems to work. Only a few games probably you need to use some other kind of controller with R2 L2 functions. That I haven’t try but I read that it can be done.
In conclusion, I am happy with the purchase and I would say they are trustable. Thank you.

Came just as fast as they claimed. The product is very easy to use. Linked my ps controllers with great ease from instructions on their site. I've so far put around 150 games on my favorites list. Can access them all easily in one spot.
-edit after reading some negative reviews. You can modify controllers to safely reset according to what you want in the options menu. Saving will never be a problem if you do the safe shut down from the main menu. You can also overclock the system to play the games with latency issues, but I'd recommend a fan to keep it cool. And they list what comes with your package in great detail on the site. It doesn't come with the joystick controllers or a fan. Have fun! It's can receive updates and you can remove/add games on your own. They have instructions on their website for that too.

Plays great!
System arrived earlier than expected, everything in good condition. Love the shell case it comes in. Incredibly easy to get working, very portable, and looks great! Only two minor issues: 1. The first time we played Paper Mario, it glitched at one point, but we restarted and it worked great. 2. We need to figure out a better way to get out of games and to the main screen so we can shut it off safely. Right now, if we shut it off, it basically goes to reset mode, which we can close out of easily, but still want to avoid. I'm sure that's more of a me issue than a system issue, though. Overall, I'd recommend this to anyone in my generation trying to recapture some of their childhood happiness.

This is everything they said it would be. there really is 12000 games on there. some of the graphics are not great but it is old technology, still able to play. some games are tricky to save but it is worth the buy if you enjoy all the old stuff. fast delivery too.
