Scam website

I am back to see what became of the company that were trying to get every negative review against them taken down. Surprise surprise, they closed their website, refused refunds and didn't deliver their goods. Many people were warned but Trustpilot failed them by helping them to remove negative reviews. Here is my original review.

Purchased their 50'000 console and have not received it or heard anything from them since despite messaging them on a few occasions now. Will soon be contacting my bank and the games manufacturers about how best to approach getting my money back.

Do not get Scammed!

I purchased some products in September, My billing address was correct, but my shipping address was missing my Apt. #. After trying to email them multiple times over a few weeks, calling them (never got a real person on the phone) and even mailing a physical letter to their address on the site (it was returned to me due to an insufficient address) to solve this issue. I contacted the USPS hoping to catch the package in order to pick it up. They told me they had returned it to sender. Frustrated after a month of no contact from them ( they responded on November 1st about reshipping it for about $11 more) I asked for a refund and I contacted my bank for a return of the funds. They launched an investigation which gave the company 90 days to provide any proper evidence, they were not able to provide anything other than saying a package was shipped. My bank reversed the transaction. Now I have a notice from a debt collector saying I owed that money still. I never even saw the package, let alone received the product. I honestly do not know what to do now. Don't get scammed and swindled out of your money. Stay far away!

I ordered from this awful Company…

I ordered from this awful Company months ago and the Item I paid for that was ordered as a Gift never got put in the package and when I tried reaching out about a refund I just got an email saying they don’t refund orders. So I had to get My Bank involved to open a credit card dispute to get My money back I was rightfully owed. Months after the claim is closed I get a bill from a debt Collector because the Business had contacted them out of retaliation for Me getting My bank involved.

This product delivered on everything it…

This product delivered on everything it was advertising. A wide range of some of the best games ever made on multiple systems. My kids and I had a great time with it when we hooked it up to a hotel TV on vacation when the weather kept us indoors. I would highly recommend the system (I actually purchased 2, the Genesis looking case and the NES looking case).

I would give them 0 stars if I could

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered a PS4 controller and the package was shipped to North Carolina. I live in California! I doubled checked the shipping address I entered during the purchase and it was correct. I sent an email to the company and no reply within 1 week so I called my credit card company to file a dispute. The credit card company issued a credit but then a month later charged me again saying that Retro gaming had already issued me a refund according to retro gaming. Of course they had not so I ended up spending about 2 hours on the phone with the credit card company explaining what had transpired 3 different times to 3 different people before I got my refund. Then retro gaming finally emails me over 2 months later to apologize that I didn’t receive my controller and that they would be contacting their fulfillment department to see what went wrong and to ship me another controller. I wrote them back and told them not to bother. I tried to save twenty bucks and ended up wasting time trying to resolve the issue. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this place. It is a total scam.

I ordered a PSP over a month ago and they shipped it without the memory card or power cord don’t do business with these people they are a scam I’ll be requesting a refund from my bank.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! STAY AWAY! Not even 5% of those games are playable! They know that, but they keep selling that garbage! The only way to get my money back was to open a Paypal dispute!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS IS A SCAM

DO. NOT. BUY.

This place is a scam and is selling very likely illegal product anyway. I ordered a console almost a month ago, and didn't hear anything for weeks. I originally thought I ordered 2 consoles (one of each type), but at checkout it only charged me for one. Glad that happened because I learned this place is a scam. When I threatened to report them for fraud, they finally answered the email and said "the reason why the item hasn't been shipped yet because it doesn't have the order style (Nespi, MegaPi, Superpi US) and the games edition ( 12K or 50K )". I told them I didn't remember for sure (because I had tried to order one of each) and that I thought it was the 50k. They saw a chance for dollars and IMMEDIATELY wrote back that time, and said "you only paid for the 12k, would you like to pay $70 to upgrade". once I told them no, I got ghosted again. I wrote a follow up email the next day saying I wanted a refund, and am once again being ghosted.

Ordered a $300 console from them in…

Ordered a $300 console from them in mid-December. Got charged. My confirmation email had no tracking number and I never received the item. I have filed complaints on their website and called their customer support which never has any operators available. And before you ask "Claire from the executive team" - how you can make this better is by refunding all of my money, even the international banking fee. Thank you.

Wrong items Received -> Helped By support -> Actual device received and small refund as well!

I ordered my console a month ago and it took some delay in delivering which I don't mind. Then it arrived after 2 weeks , i open the package and there are completely different items inside, some bottle openers for a wedding and some other random things.

I contacted support and it took a while to get a good response but once Claire from the support team got involved, she worked with me to ensure that a new device was properly shipped to me and kept me updated. They also proposed themselves to pay for a small refund for the trouble i went through. The device has arrived yesterday and i'm enjoying some nostalgic gaming experiences as we speak, refund should be handled shortly as well.

So all in all, i'm happy with the follow up after an unfortunate situation and i'm really enjoying the gaming experience!

I wish I could give no stars

I wish I could give no stars. They will send you bootleg knock off items. And they supposedly have a no return policy. I paid $175 for a Chinese knock off SNES classic. These items cost $30 anywhere else. They have it on their site as genuine Nintendo. I wouldn’t buy anything from the company ever ! You will get ripped off , once they have your money they don’t care. Disgraceful!

Now they are asking for order numbers, I’ve already given these people numbers and emails. I’ve tried to correspond but I’ve got no answer. Once it’s public they will reply here and then do nothing. Don’t trust !

Final outcome. They screw you. Numerous people have been scammed and they know what they are doing. Everything they sell is Chinese knock offs. Here’s what their final email stated.

“We're not Amazon, Jason. We can't just trust the word of every disgruntled gamer.

There is a process in place. We have to verify the claim before we can do anything.

Once that happens, we can refund your shipping cost if you send it the way you were instructed, and we can send out your replacement.”

please!!! keep away!!! I purchased a console and they never delivered it, and after days of receiving nothing I requested for the refund, and guess what: 2 months after they have not given my money back!! this is clearly a robbery!!! I have crossed easily dozens of mails with their support service and there is no answer to my requests!!! please please please stay away of this scam. I have filled already a complaint in the federal fraud commission and the better business bureau. I denounced theirr facebook page and right now I am making progress to take down their web page.

the system is great the only problem is…

the system is great the only problem is when you first plug it in you have to set up the controller I ordered two systems I was mad I managed to set up the one system just perfect but the second system somehow I pressed the b button for the start button and now I can't use a second system I don't know how to reset the controller for configurations I went into the menu and tried fixing it but it won't let me do it that way I need to know somehow how to fix the controller configurations to fix the b button back to the b button because right now the b buttons the start button and when you play the video game it doesn't work because when you have to press b it presses start and it kind of messed up the whole way you play the game I tried thinking maybe I could play the game but it messed the game right up I need to somehow figure out how to reset the controller configuration so I can reset the start button as a start button and the b button is the b button it's not letting me do it when I press start and go to controller configurations it doesn't work for me somehow there's got to be way of resetting it or something because there has to be more than just me just had this problem messing up the controllers when they first tried setting it up so please hopefully you can tell me how to reset the controller other than going through the start menu because I tried doing it that way and it won't change the b button or start button I'm talking about when you first set up the system and you have to set up the controller I pressed the wrong buttonand now I can't play the game because when I have to press the b button it ends up being the start button and it messes the game right up you can't play any games properly with it that way there has to be a common problem due to setting up the controller when you first get it some other people have had that made the same mistake so please let me know how to fix it because I spend more than $250 on the system I bought two of them so I consider myself a good customer for you guys so please let me know how to change the controller figurations please and thank you I very much appreciate it I'll be waiting for your email if you could call me at 226-224-1395 that'd be great that way I could speak with someone over the phone it might be easier for me to deal with rather than an email or I can't talk to no one and have direct feedback it'd be nice to talk to someone and have someone guide me through the process of fixing it please get back to me ASAP
