The Good and the Bad
The Good: -First things first, they said the console should have arrived at my door next week and I received it 3 days later.
-The controler feels great.
-Almost every classics are there including special editions and extras (even a couple cheat codes).
The Bad: -Some specific games are having a minor latency issue.
-I thought I was going to receive the same modified controlers as illustrated on the website (it was including joysticks), but I didn't.
-I have experienced an issue for saving games and not being able to find it back.
-I have approached the customer service to ask for help with the previous issue, and they said they will contact me within 24 hours... It's been an entire week and I am still waiting!!
The Conclusion: Despite the fact that I still have issues with saves, which is a big deal for huge games like Final Fantasy, and that I felt ignored by their customer service, the console itself is awesome and I enjoy it. I would still recommend it.

Meh, not a great buy
The game console is alright. Came in, scratched up, missing a controller (although they refunded me the one controller after I notified them). The controller advertised was not the one I received. I thought it was going to be the SNES controllers with the dual joysticks; it wasn’t. The system had pre-saved favorites on it already. The system won’t retain the games I favorited. Controller seems to glitch on occasion when scrolling through the games and systems options. The N64 games (super smash bros and Kirby 64 Crystal Shards) play terribly. It’s laggy and sometimes doesn’t open at all. They claim you can save your progress within the games, but you cannot. The system has A LOT of duplicate games on it. Overall, does it have an expansive list of games, sure, but you cannot play them all properly. I would look for other retro gaming systems out there. Not worth the price in my opinion.

Definitely lots of fun to be had with…
Definitely lots of fun to be had with the console I bought but it wasn't everything I was expecting. Some of the games (eg. Super Smash Bros) were far too laggy to play. Also,some were either 100% Japanese or half Japanese. It was rather difficult to get the side panel off to access the 3rd and 4th USB ports, I felt like I was almost breaking it. It came in a nice cool little case, which was unfortunately too small to actually fit the console and all 4 controllers.(Even when it arrived)
Many of my old favourite games still work well so I will have heaps of fun playing them, also with thousands of games still playable it feels silly complaining that a few of them don't work, but it could have been better. It's just a matter of quantity over quality and they sure have a lot of quantity.

Not so good
Ordering was easy and shipping was decent.
HOwever, I got this item and despite the default language being English, I had issues with several games not using English. One was an older Legend of Zelda game (which was the device 4 times - one right after the other) and the 2 I tried were both in French. Another game I tried I chose English as the language I wanted but the game loaded Spanish. I unfortunately do not speak or read either French or Spanish and was unable to play the games. Also with the item I ordered I understood it was to include The Legend of Zelda: Orcana of time game but that game was not included on my item. As of writing this I have asked to return the item but have not heard back from this company yet regarding if they'll take the item back. I don't recommend unless you're familiar with all the games and could play without understanding the language (if it's common for the langauges to be missed up)

Great little system
Great little system. I am disappointed that there are many games missing particularly from the N64 and PlayStation libraries. And some games don’t work, like smash bros.

Well, actual shipping out was a little bit slower, but delivered much sooner than expected and even from overseas, good e-mails to keep me up to date with what was happening with it, fantastic couple of deals at the time to save me a bunch of money, awesome little package in a whole carrying case, and great little ultimate gaming console.

Amazing nostalgic console! Great work!
The console came within about a week, as the website said. Once I got it, I loved it and still do. There are a few games which do not work, but that's OK because my favorite ones all do and that is what's most important to me. One thing I will say is that the cord on the wired controllers that come with it are not that long. I highly recommend the wireless controllers, which I promptly ordered and they work fantastically!

Mostly great, aftercare service lacking.
The box and set up itself is great. I only received 3 of the 4 controllers ordered and have not had a reply to my message sent via the contact form about a replacement. The email "links" are all non-existent in their mailers.
Had to pay a bit of import tax too, but it was a minor amount and not a big issue.

I’d easily give this at least 4 stars, but...
I’d easily give this at least 4 stars, 5 if all of the games worked. Most do though. The games were as I remember them, and a lot of fun for the most part. That’s the good. The bad? The wired controllers that came with it keep disconnecting and lagging. One worse than the other. I’ve reached out to customer service on the website, no luck. Tried contacting them 3 times on messenger, no luck. It’s been almost 6 days since my first attempt.
I still have hope this will be fixed. When the controllers worked, it was a lot of fun.
Edit: I have been contacted by customer service and we’re working to resolve the issue.

Even though it wasn't an N-64 controller I kinda wish there was an option to purchase an N-64 controller USB COMPATIBLE to this console. Again it's an amazing piece of art created just to play almost every game created thank you for memories again!!!
