Ignoring my emails
I wanted to cancel my order almost immediately after buying because I found a better alternative. I email them to cancel and also to tell them I didn't receive an order confirmation. They replied quickly but IGNORED the part about me wanting to cancel, just sent the confirmation. I reiterated that I want to cancel, they're quick again to respond offering a 10% discount to keep it - fair enough but I still want to cancel. They are now ignoring my emails because I want to cancel. No word since that email with the discount which I have responded to 4 times requesting the cancellation!! Very frustrated and annoyed. I imagine they're going to send the console and now say it can't be cancelled and I'll have to return it - which based on other reviews I'm not hopeful about. Highly disappointed, would not recommend.

The retro-game system to end all systems!
Excellent standalone system! I was hoping to receive the controllers as they were pictured (with analog), but this is only a minor thing as I was relieved to discover the system is compatible with many other USB controllers. The layout is very solid, with the exception of trying to figure out the system menu options that can be brought up in each game system (they are not in English, and I'm not sure how or if it is possible to change that). All games save as long as the system is shut down properly, which I figured out very quickly. All-in-all the selection of systems/games made it well worth the purchase!

It's honestly a great product and I'm having a blast with it but I'm a little disappointed about the PS1 and N64 games available. A lot of titles are missing that I expected and hoped for. Also many games don't work and either don't load or crash halfway through. Quite irritating, however I love when everyone works. A great product but needs more work.

Best of the Best! There was a little order glitch where I was offered a discount coupon, and when I used it the order screen did not acknowledge the discount, but upon bringing up the matter in an email to customer service all was resolved quickly. The unit arrived promptly, looked solidly quality and set up easily. Even the screen where you select from the consoles and games available is beautiful. You can see a lot of quality programming and design went into this little piece. I am enjoying the heck out of it, and I know my sons will enjoy it as well when they receive their unit for Christmas. Thank you so much for this great product!!!

I have emailed them 4 times to return this but have not had any responses , after 7 emails I received my return label. I received a quick full refund after a few days.
If you order you can get a full refund if items don’t suit you

Poor communication
Poor communication. Device is actually from China. Works ok some games are laggy and majority you can’t play properly due to controller and lots are in french not English. Would get another emulation system instead. Also tried to get a refund and was refused

I can't give a review as I haven't received my order yet, despite my having had the payment taken three weeks ago.
My apologies to retrogames as I found that they had managed to send my parcel from Hong Kong correctly only for a brain-dead deliveryman from DHL to deliver it to Richmond Place instead of Roxburgh Street.

Not bad.....
A lot of the PlayStation and N64 games are very choppy and not working properly. Quite a few games have Audio issues.

Great option
We've had the console for a month and its great. We haven't been able to play the old computer games yet but the Atari, Nintendo, and Sega games run perfectly.

Only complaint is that there should be an option to see the price in different currencies.

Unimpressed
Many of the games have glitches. Customer support tries to blame it on power supplies and HDMI (both of which they supplied).
Several games, primarily N64, from what I’ve looked into, are missing from the lineup, and yet when you search the website to see if they are included with the 50,000 game system it states they come included.

Pretty good ok
However I have issues were some games have either no sound or sounds really bad and also most of the Capcom fighting games don’t seem to work at all but the system itself is great able to save your favorite games from all platforms in one folder A good majority of the games that I wanted to play don’t work if not it would’ve been five stars

Do not buy, waste of money, product doesn’t even turn on
I received my console and it does not even turn on. I have emailed multiple times about the problem and have yet to get a response other than these stupid reviews. So here’s my review, do not waste your money on this product. Nothing but a scam. I got $189 stolen from me from this company.

A lot of the games don't work
A lot of the games don't work. There are to many duplicate games causing unnecessary clutter. 007 on N64 is virtually unplayable. Still unsure if the games actually save progress. But there are plenty of playable fun games.

There is a lot of games that repeat them selves in the playlist to give it the appearance there is 50,000 games if you order the upgraded version. Not the best if you expect fast play but fun for the retro effect and nostalgia
