The good the bad and the ugly
Once we started playing the games, not all the games work. We have the 50,000 version so you could imagine. I’m still very happy with it, the controllers should of been made of a better quality plastic, they feel cheap unfortunately, which makes the whole experience less amusement as it should of been. The cables length guys need to be at least 2 mtrs! Way to short.... those are the things I don’t like about it. Everything else is how it’s advertised which good! So yeah still a lot of fun! It’s been a long time since playing these games! playing them with my kids is even better cause they appreciate the history lesson hahaha

I'm having a problem with the settings
I'm having a problem with the settings. I received a response but the instructions were vague in the beginning, and I havent gotten a reply in days since asking them to specify a step. Its extremely frustrating especially since I spent over $250. I deserve better and more prompt customer service than this.

Far too many games do not work
Far too many games do not work. For entire platforms, such as the ZX81 and Spectrum, there is no keyboard mapping to a USB keyboard which means almost all the games cannot be controlled.

Ok in general
Ok in general. But...
Not all games listed are available. A few games need to be reloaded to work properly and when connected to the internet the device's performance is really slow. That is why I give three and not four stars.

Package never arrived
Package never arrived. Package was held for 11 days by South Korean customs, where it finally was rejected by customs for an unknown reason. Response time from customer service was extremely slow, with a minimum wait time of at least 2-3 days.

Hi guys,
Hi guys,
love the machine and the delivery was very quick, only issues i had were:
1) one of the controllers i received was a different colour to the others but this isn't an issue.
2) Some of the games don't work
3) Allot of the descriptions are in French which i cant seem to convert to English
Other than that the machine is lots of fun, thank you.

Not Worth It
2 stars - Only because I got what I ordered; an emulator with 50,000 games and 2 joysticks. I poked around to see what the games were installed, many doubles of the same game (I'll gladly take photos as proof). The joysticks are very flimsy and cheap (definitely no button smashing with these). Need another wire/connector for audio, don't know why it's HDMI then. At that price point, I would expect better quality. Just another "made in China" item.

Cool system brings back memories…
Cool system brings back memories problem is some of the games need a keyboard (most of the old micro computer games I.e. commodor amiga etc.) Which just the controllers can't help

Too much fun!!
I'd give it 5 stars, but the game came with NO instructions or info about additional needed accessories to play ALL the games. Can't play half the games I want to because of that reason!

Tracking number issues
Getting the tracking number was a bit of an issue; first I was given the wrong tracking number and when I eventually got my tracking number it was almost twenty days after my order.
I also felt the urgency in which my issue was dealt with wasn't satisfactory.
However, I did receive my product and it works great so thank you.

Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience. Every email took two days to be replied to and I had to repeat myself over and over. Was very stressful experience and very poor service. The package came from Hong Kong (and I had to pay custom fees - thanks!) but when it came to the return the faulty item it was magically accepted at a UK address. Super. Anyway, avoid these guys unless you are prepared to jump through hoops and dedicate hours to trying to sort out even the simplest issue.
