They deliver... kind of
I see that a lot of people are skeptical on whether this is a business that delivers what they sell or not. I can ensure people that they deliver the product. I have also used their return policy as I found out I would not have the time to play a lot.
Except for some longer response times now and then, they also deliver on the return policy... Just beware that the return will cost you some more money in shipping fee – which I hope they will be more honest about to others than they were to me.
But as long as you actually have the time to go retro, you can place an order here and trust that you will receive the product.

There are some issues.....
While the console is wonderful to enable people to play their retro favourites, this device is simply an emulator and is therefore restricted by the control pad in hand, meaning games that require more buttons or sometimes even a different button placement leave the player unable to fully immerse themselves in the game.
The other issue is that the menu information and control instructions will sometimes disappear, when that happens, the player is unable to make any game choice leaving a restart the only option (that is only at the start).
Games that require simple 1-2 button controls are of course simply amazing to be able to play again.

Hello, Unfortunately after receiving the console and plugged it in, I could not open any game as the Main Screen freezes, (but I can still hear the background music).

Games console was delivered in an extremely efficient time despite the pandemic/ Very happy with what is available though some games don't play or are in a language other than English with no facility to amend. That said - I am glad I bought the console and have had much enjoyment playing the games from my youth again, and discovering that muscle memory doesnt go away, even after 30 years :)

Amazing real product
At first I wasn’t sure if this product was true or just a ploy to get money out of people. But this product is the real thing. I took a chance and purchased it and it came exactly as advertised. The game selection is amazing and seeing the old Atari games that I had as a kid; brings back great memories. Feel safe to purchase this item and you will be pleased. I love having all of my old games in one location.

90% of games don’t load
90% of games don’t load / run!
I went with the 50k games option, only the SNES, PlayStation 1 & game boy games run. Nothing else works.
Have emailed - no reply 🤷🏻♂️

Great system, but could use better documentation.
The game system is great. There are so many games. The unit arrived and was plug and play. My only compliant was that the menu system for retroarch was in French instead of English. I also had to do a lot of searching on the internet to find instructions for different functions and menus. The customer service was very good. I had a 10% off coupon but was charged the amount. I called and they refunded the difference without any issues.

Fun console
Turned up on time and worked right away. The games all work very well. It has been fun to play ps1 games I remember and to discover mega drive games I never knew existed. The interface could have clearer instructions. It took a long time for me to work out how to quit a game, since I don't seem to have the pop up menu as described. Any commands I can get on screen are in French for some reason, despite me changing everything to English in the options.

Not worth it
Issues booting up. A lot of games don’t work. Old computer games that do, have issues as they can’t map the joystick/keyboard to the controller. Build quality of the controller you get is very poor.

Grown-up '80's kid
The variety of games is incredible! Games I grew up with; games I wanted but we could not afford; games I threw at my brother's head (and broke) when he was annoying me, and then rued the act (d'oh!); games I had borrowed; games that Mum had forced me to give away saying I had too many (grr!); games I had resigned myself to never being able to play again; and games I had always wanted to finish that I had played at the arcades, but could never afford to play again, wow!
