Some titles may be duplicated. The presentation of the game, the description as well as the image will be identical. Several possible reasons: the language of the game, the country of release, but also a lot of games created by fans. For example, there are at least 30 or more versions of Super Mario World.
And for the games that don't work. Can you tell me more about it? Or is it possible for you to send us a short video showing the issue, so we can forward it to our technical team?

It took a little longer than expected and I honestly thought it wasn't legit from the Facebook Post/Ad but they seem legit seeing it's not a scam and letting the customers know it's on its way.

It has been 2 weeks since the package…
It has been 2 weeks since the package was supposed to arrive and we still dont have it. My email is littered with correspondence with retro gaming. It seems like its a DHL issue but its still not resolved. So im 100s of dollars out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

Delivery time was good and the console…
Delivery time was good and the console looks nice, the menu is easy to navigate and looks good, the length of the power cable, hdmi cable and controler cables are all too short and make install and playing more difficult than it should.
I am a little disappointed in the games list (12,000) with about 10,000 of those coming from the really old consoles, the website also states the Dreamcast console and Jaguar console are present which isn’t the case, also one of the consoles on my machine (Nintendo) which has more than 100 games, no matter which game you pick they are all the same game.

Great device! All the games are awesome and the interface is very easy to navigate. The only downside is the controller; it's not responsive enough.
