Amazing mattress great service arrived on time staff helpful.would buy from them again.

This is the second time making a purchase from this company and I can’t recommend enough !!!!!! I have bought x2 of the 14 inch thick pillow top heritage 5500 mattresses and they are unbelievably comfortable. Very quick service so simple and easy .

Misleading and rip off. Horrible mattress. Sinks in. Too soft. Very rude and poor customer service and the company number does not even work. They call you from mobile phone number. When you try to make a complaint they block you. People
please stay well away from this company. You are better off going to high street in your local area. They never had any decency to contact me and what I tried to contact them the blocked my number and blocked me on Facebook too. I have all the evidence saved. Now to they are trying to remove my review from Here

very good communication and being patient while made my mind up.
Its a bit softer than I thought would be, but is a lovely mattress and getting a good sleep.

Ease of seeing details of the mattress I wanted, along with a great price made my choice very easy. Extremely quick delivery time quoted and delivery was on time. The driver was very professional and extremely polite.

Having bought one for myself 3 years ago when my Grandaughter wanted a new mattress I treat her to the same one.
She's as We where very happy with the look and comfort.

Where do I start , firstly I had to wait over 6 weeks for a new mattress and was told on week 4 and week 5 it would be delivered and got someone to wait in the house as I was at work but both times no one turned up then I wanted to cancel my order but they didn’t and talked me out of it , finally with little notice told me on week 6 that it would be there in the morning and when it was delivered the driver who delivered it broke my plug socket it and I rang the company while he was still outside and they rang him then rang me back and said he’s sorry we’re sorry but accidents happen , I told them if I drove into the back of someone I couldn’t just say accidents happen as I’d be at fault and still have to sort it out , I also sent them 2 photos straight away .

They then offered me two free pillows and I said. No , then they asked me to get a price for it so I got two and rang them to tell them the cheapest one , they said they would get back to me and haven’t , every time I ring them it goes straight to answerphone now so they have blocked me I know this cus if I ring from a different number it rings out and mine go straight to answerphone message , I’ve sent them messages on instagram and they leave me on read and don’t reply , this company has been a complete joke from the first minute and I stupidly shouldn’t have ordered from them , only advice and thing I can take from this is that anyone reading this does not use them and put up with what I’ve had to , I have all my messages and screenshots to prove anything needed to be proved STAY AWAY GUYS
