The service was outstanding they delivered on time and the delivery driver had to wait for 30 minutes for me to sort out the old bed.I totally recommend them £100. And the bed and mattress is perfect.

I have bought a couple of matresess from here and im pleasantly suprised by the quality and the price is affordable. I really liked them and recommend others to buy them aswell. Also, the customer service was very helpful and kind and the delivery was on time.

Great bed love the feeling

I have emailed several times but no reply.
Instagram messages and messenger.
I brought a mattress with extra firmness. After a few months it started to dip on one side. We have not had this a year yet and it is useless.
I feel robbed as saved for this!

Placed order with bed heist then coupla days after paying £30 deposit found my disability money has been cut & wouldn’t be able to pay for future incoming order, wasn’t yet dispatched so messaged n told them sadly y I was cancelling, surprisingly was told it was already dispatched for following Tuesday this was a tues! Told them to get in touch with driver to stop delivery . Was then told I’d be charged £65 for cancellation plus costs if not paid ! was NOT told when 1st placed order! Unacceptable I’m disabled they no fault of mine shall b contacting trading standards , prepared to loose deposit but these extra charges are unfair !

Amazing mattress great service arrived on time staff helpful.would buy from them again.
