Our policy did not automatically renew due to a new bank card having been issued. It would have been useful if we had been contacted about this but when I contacted SP Lisa dealt with the renewal perfectly.

The website was easy to follow. When I decided to accept the quote I rang the company as I had trouble verifying the payment and then returning to the website. I spoke to a lovely young man who checked with the accounts department and rang me back as promised. Very helpful and efficient

To be fair, the AA have taken care of my case (a no-fault write-off) reasonably well. I just wanted to give credit to Davey, who was patient, friendly and helped sort things out for me over the phone.

Direct Line could not even verify my Drivers Licence and Hastings wanted to track my location for 30 days. I therefore rejected both of them.
The AA was a bit more expensive but a lot easier set up and not as complicated as the others.
