I took out my Home Insurance online, unfortunately now like some other insurers the AA does not offer to send a copy of my policy and documents by post.
I will bear this in mind when my renewal is due.

I bought car insurance at a very competitive price online which included a few extra benefits. I actually paid less than last year, which is unusual!

selecting AA and getting a quote was easy. The ability to choose the right policy for you was helpful. Easy to see where AA were superior to others on offer in terms of cover and price. No hidden extras and a very straightforward transaction. Great to also have the app on my phone and access to extensive breakdown and forward travel cover. F first time with AA and I feel safer already!!

Top notch service and an established provider for life's essentials.

Generally good and good price with breakdown cover too, bit annoying having to provide proof of no claims after I’d already paid and not easy for me to do online, however rang up and spoke with someone who sorted it for me over the phone so that was great.

Accessed AA motor insurance though moneysupermarket and found it to be on average cheaper than equivalent policies offering the same products. Easy to set up and with the AA app can access my policy on my mobile.

Simple to buy insurance and good price (eventually).

The person I spoke to was helpful, polite and efficient. He listened well and was attentive. If I asked a question he explained patiently. I felt he was sympathetic to my needs.

The lady was very helpful, answered all my questions and explained the policies that would suit our requirement

At the AA, I was able to deal with a human being, rather than the much less flexible AI one of their competitors prefers.
I came to the AA after a long attempt to transfer my existing insurance with the competitor mentioned above.

Straightforward in getting the Quote and getting Insured.

I was able to speak to a person rather than a machine, which is rare these days. The gentleman I spoke to was helpful and answered all my questions. The human touch is invaluable. Also, the price I paid was much less than my previous provider.
