The fact that I can actually TALK to a human being is the great thing that most of your competitors don't seem to grasp. They would rather let computers do all their business, which saves THEM time but not the customers,most of whom do NOT want to spend all day on the laptop sorting out all the pettifogging detail. Keep it up!
