Absolutely delighted with our panels made for our gazebo. Melanie helped us make sure that we got all of the measurements exactly and everything made fitted perfectly. Would highly recommend Tailored Textiles.

We have had 2 projects completed by Melanie and her team. The first was new panels for our garden building. After being disappointed with our first set which were poorly fitted and faded within a few weeks (this was a different supplier and fitter) we turned to Melanie to make us new ones. Melanie put our minds at ease assuring us that these canvases are good quality and will not fade like the previous ones. The panels were a good price, good quality and easy to fit.
After a few months I noticed that the bottom of one of the doors had started to rip a little (this is to do with the fact that our stones are Indian stone and not totally flat, nothing to do with measuring or manufacturing). I decided to ask Melanie if there was anything I could do. Melanie replied saying she would repair them and also put a plastic coating on to protect them. This has worked great.
The second (more recently) was re-upholstering our conservatory cushions. Again we were pleased with the results, value for money and the quality of the material.
I will definitely use Tailored Textiles again in the future and would recommend to others.

First class service from Melanie and the team. Came across them online when looking for bespoke panels for our outdoor gazebo. From point of first contact Melanie was very helpful , very responsive to emails and delivery was on time. The panels are very good quality , easy to fit and I would highly recommend this company.

My wife found Tailored Textiles when she was at the Gardners World show. We had been looking for blinds for our garden shack but could not find anyone we felt provided the right level of quality.
We called Melanie and the full journey was very reassuring. She talked us through high level designs and recommended solutions we had not thought of. Melanie provided 3 iterations of CAD drawings to ensure we were absolutely clear and happy with what we would get. It was always easy to speak to Melanie. The pricing was really good for the quality and the delivery was quick and efficient.
If we needed more blinds again, we would not even consider other suppliers.

Was recommended by a garden buildings company at the Hampton Court flower show. From contact to completion was so easy, good guidance along the way and really pleased with the end result.

This is the second time I have dealt with Melanie at tailored textiles for bespoke panels, and each time I have been blown away with the quality of product and speed of delivery. Everything from concept to cad drawing, swatch colours being sent out, final discussions before going into production. We bought a set of bespoke canvas panels for our new Sitooterie (outdoor porch!).
The customer service and support from Mel and the team was outstanding - from initial inquiry to delivery and after-sales care.
The quality of the products is great and it has transformed our outdoor space into a usable area for all four seasons (which in Scotland could be all in one day!).
The communication, turn-around time, and delivery were all outstanding and has really enhanced our enjoyment this summer.

Marvellous company to deal with! The 6 individual canvas panels of very high quality and material for our bar were manufactured extremely quickly and delivered as promised. Melanie was fantastically helpful especially during the tricky measuring phase. She answered all our many queries cheerfully and knowledgeably. Once we had submitted our measurements Melanie sent through the drawings for approval really quickly. We highly recommend this company!

We are really glad we came across this company. We have just reused them again for panels for our second gazebo having used them for panels for our first gazebo 4 years ago. The whole process of discussing the product, ordering and the quick manufacture and delivery was exceptional. They are now fitted and look great. The panels on our original gazebo are still looking great. Even after 4 years, they show no sign of wear and tear.

Last year I had Tailored Textiles make me panels for a bespoke gazebo. This year I had bespoke cushions. The service and quality is second to none and I will be using them again in the future.

They were extremely help and came back to me with an estimate really quickly.
Once we had finalised all the details, we paid the deposit and the panels were manufactured and delivered to us within 14 days.
I would definitely recommend the company.
