Ordered the Judith wardrobe. I was given a 2 week window for delivery, and was given the option to choose the very first date, so I received this before Xmas..very impressed. Instructions were easy enough to follow. Wardrobe looks great. Really pleased.

Very poor customer experience
This has been the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. My money has been held since 24 November, and I’m still waiting for the full order.
I was given five different delivery dates, all wrong, and the delivery finally happened with only one hour’s notice while I was abroad. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I was told to deal directly with the delivery company, which was impossible to reach.
Only half of my order arrived, along with a large item I never ordered, now taking up space in my garage. There’s been no apology, no compensation, and no clear update on when I’ll receive the rest.
The whole situation has been extremely stressful, especially during the holidays. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering — clearly this is not an isolated issue. And clearly delivery cost savings is more important than customer satisfaction

We bought a bookshelf/side table for our yoga room and it was a unique piece just like what we were looking for. It was affordable, a third of Ikea price and it is of very decent quality. Shipping arrived in one week to UK. Could not be happier.

I would love to say that the chair I ordered is fabulous, however I have not yet received it. It’s 10 days overdue and I am waiting for Sweeek to get back to me with answers from their delivery partner. I’m sure it will get sorted eventually, but I probably won’t get it in time for Christmas. Disappointed.

Ordered on the 27th of November, as of 18th December, still not arrived. Not necessarily Sweeek's fault but it is down to the courier provider they partner with which is ArrowXL. Tried for days to get through to them on their live chat since they did not have a contact number, no response and chat kept timing out due to them not responding. Had to contact Sweeek and they did get a hold of them and found out they had not booked in the item at the delivery center. Now the item wont be delivered until 29th of December when I needed before Christmas. Very frustrating. Ask if Sweeek can contact ArrowXL to bring forward the delivery since it was ArrowXL's fault but no joy.

The stars are for the delivery drivers, they called in advance of arrival and carried the items around the back for me.
In terms of the ordering process, I got the delivery later than I wanted it as the instruction to follow the link to arrange delivery date were next to, if not non existent.
So probably should be 4 stars really.

Was a bit apprehensive has the reviews have been mixed. The lead time was about 14days for delivery and it came when it should my daughter built the bedroom furniture and is really happy with it

Delivery was extremely slow. When item arrived some of the welds had not been properly done on the shelf and I had to repair it.
Overall I will not purchase again.

I am beyond disappointed and upset about the dealings I’ve had with this company. An order that was placed months ago that never arrived when the dates kept being changed for delivery. When they then cancelled the order I was told to wait 14 days for a refund. I’ve now waited beyond 14 working days and the customer service team via the phone just hang up you can’t speak to anyone and the customer service team via email just keep promising a refund that never materialises. I’m still now almost £300 out of pocket two months later. I urge anyone please order elsewhere so you don’t have to go through the stress of dealing with this company
