My chair has still not been delivered…

My chair has still not been delivered and I have been unable to contact either the courier or Sweeek despite having spent several hours trying.

We’re very sorry for the frustration this situation caused and fully understand your disappointment.

According to the carrier, delivery was initially attempted at the address provided but was unfortunately refused, which delayed the redelivery, particularly during the very busy end-of-year period. 

We're however pleased to hear that, after contacting the carrier directly, a redelivery was arranged and that your chair has now arrived safely. Thank you for your understanding, and please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if we can be of any further assistance.

We specifically asked prior to hiring…

We specifically asked prior to hiring whether a UK paper driving licence was valid and we were assured that it was. When arriving at Pisa Airport to collect the car we were denied as they would not accept a paper driving licence. I rang Zest who tried to help but they were unable to resolve the issue or offer any alternative so we were left without a vehicle

I did an e-mail card which was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 4 February. I received a message saying I would hear when it had been delivered and I am still waiting on Thursday 6

Our boiler broke on Friday and we are still without heat and water on Monday and have just been told it will be another 48 hours

We're really sorry to hear about the ongoing issue you have, Lynn.

We do try our best to assign an engineer to attend within 24 hours of the initial call to report a fault and, where possible, complete repairs within 5 days. In some cases, the manufacturer is the best person to carry out the repair, as they specialise in the particular make of boiler.
Delays can be caused if spare parts are required but we do appreciate you are keen for the fault to be resolved as quickly as possible and we're very sorry for any inconvenience caused while you are waiting for this.
