Really love my nest of tables

Really love my nest of tables, they are very reasonably priced compared to other similar styles. Easy to order, delivery took as long as explained it would - easy enough to assemble with clear instructions. The reason I have left 4 starts is one of the table tops has a large scratch on BUT I have a toddler so this will be the first of many I am sure so I couldn’t be bothered to contact the store. Would order again!

Do not recommend the Anti-bark collar

My experience with the shop itself was fine, easy website to use and quick delivery. I purchased the anti bark collar for our dog as after our first baby the barking was becoming a nuisance. I purchased in February and tried the collar on and off for a few months but it never seemed to work right. The collar didn’t always alarm when the dog barked and she has a loud bark then sometimes when she was playing rubbing on the carpet with no noise it would alarm so it was giving mixed signals. It’s my fault I left it longer than the 30 days to test properly and contact the company but basing on my experience I would not reccomend this product.

Lots of communication prior to delivery. Two friendly, helpful men helped bring the item in. Would definitely recommend AO to anyone and will be returning when we need any other electrical Items.

Really impressed with Gousto! Recently had a baby so this makes life so much easier and means we are getting a nice, nutritious meal each day. Loads of choices each week , we look forward to dinner each night and following the instructions.

Disapointed

I love Vinted usually, the ease of the app and allowing people to buy and sell their unwanted clothes and recycle is such a great idea BUT i have raised an issue today which I have received 0 support on from Vinted that has put me off. I purchased a dress which was listed as 'very good', photos looked fine no mark. The dress arrived quick but the dress was dirty and has pieces of threads hanging off it and pull marks on it. I instantly reported this as the dress is not in the condition as it was listed and would not have bought otherwise! The seller denies it was sent in this state even though i provided photos within the hour of collecting from locker. The seller is refusing to pay for the return which leaves me with either a dress i purchased and cannot wear or i pay the returns fee, end up out of pocket in order to to get my refund. I raised this to Vinted and got the same automated message which says this is their policy and that if i want a refund i need to pay. I asked what my buyers protection bull**** is for to which i got another automated message which means nothing. So to summarise the only person that ends up out of pocket if you are sent a dodgy item is YOU!! the buyer gets the privilege of payment the buyers protection fee, AND returns fee, wasted trips to post just to send back an item they did not purchase. A JOKE ... I also asked how to make a complaint and got another automated message which in a round about way said you cant

Booking was fairly simple

Booking was fairly simple, I tried to book online and got part way through and it said I needed to call to complete via the phone which was a pain but other than that fine. Have the option to split the payment also which is good. You will be contacted by Ryanair via to confirm the flight the next day.

Thank you

We had to use the emergency vets last weekend when our dog became unexpectedly ill. The phone was answered within minutes and we were asked to come down straight away. The vets trip was very traumatic and we had to put our dog to sleep but we cant fault Vets now throughout.. all the staff were really kind and respectful. We were told it may take 10 days to get the ashes back but we got them back in a weeks time even over a bank holiday and we were so impressed and thankful with the presentation of the ashes, with the little extras (Paw prints, fur clippings, cards and seeds.. so thoughtful) Thank you so much! It made this process so much easier and brought happy tears.

Highly reccomend

We were recommended to PetPlan in March when our renewal was up so we signed up our 11 year old fit and healthy staffy. Our poor boy became ill out of the blue and was diagnosed with suspected brain tumor and we had to make the heart braking decision to put him to sleep. We visited the out of hours vets twice and quite frankly didn't know if it would qualify to claim or not. We submitted the claim on Sunday and by the following Friday the claim process and payment was complete. This has been one of the worst times of our lives but pet plan deal with everything in the back ground, provided sensitive regular updates via email and completed really quick. Thank you

Reported to trading standards. Order placed 12th March and returned the next day. 35 working days since the order arrived back and still no refund and all emails ignored. Assuming femme luxe are going under and they don’t give a **** about customer service and have no stock on their website .

Do not waste your time and money

I left a negative review about two years ago and vowed never to order again but in desperation I ordered but shock horror the exact same problem returning! My items arrived back at femme luxe on the 18th March so I waited the ridiculous 28 days to chase (which you clearly have to do every return) to be told it’s 28 WORKING days. I have chased AGAIN and now asked for postage proof which I have sent…. Now just being ignored. Do not order from femme luxe, the reviews say it all. Don’t spend your money here when there are plenty of stores that refund in a reasonable timeframe and deserve your custom.

Really great idea

Really great idea! I use this method of shipping for Vinted and it is really simple BUT I did have two parcels get mixed up and the buyer received the wrong item. I now see that you are providing shipping labels which I think should be used for all parcels to avoid mix ups.
