I liked your product in the newspaper…
I liked your product in the newspaper advert and sent off for a coin but I was a bit unsure who you were and whether you were trustworthy or not as I couldn't find out much about your firm and there was not much contact re my order by email. Also I had great difficulty securing the correct coin,/medal on line as although I found the one I wanted, when I went to checkout it kept saying I had opted for the expensive version which I didn't want. I ended up ringing the company to ask if you had sold out of the cheaper version. The person on the phone told me how to get the cheaper one to the checkout and I bought it. Whilst waiting for delivery I felt unsure if it would arrive as there was not much contact but it arrived and I was relieved and very pleased with the product. But was a bit worrying overall.

I am sorry to hear you found our website difficult to use but I am glad our customer services were able to resolve this issue for you to enable you to place your order. We send three emails for each order to keep our clients updated with delivery. My sincere apologies if you did not receive these. I will pass the information onto our technical team to investigate it further.

Attention to detail of photography is important
Although I was very impressed with the product and the person who received it as a gift for their birthday was absolutely delighted the photography gave impression that the blue and red parts of the design were enamel and not paper stuck to coin which I was a little disappointed about but did not make anything known to the recipient.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry to hear you were personally disappointed with your purchase but it's great that the recipient was so pleased with their lovely gift. I would like to reassure you that the colour is digitally printed on to medals as standard practice, this does not include any paper being applied to the medal.

Lovely little gift of appreciation for hard work
Bought the NHS Volunteer silver 49.00 1oz silver medal as a gift for a hard working mother. Arrived within a matter of a few days, beautifully gift wrapped and with a nice card of thanks. The medal was nicely presented and very well made. Would recommend this to anyone else wanting to show gratitude to a keyworker for what they have done to help others during the pandemic.
