What is wrong when I recieved the item the box it came in was upside down the tub that the seeds was in there was not even a seal on there to break off and so the lid was loose and the seeds went all over the floor plus any 1 could have put anything in the tub with the tub not even having a plastic seal on to break off well what a waste of money they was I am sorry to say that I will not be purchasing anything else from you it is just incompetence and careless to who ever packed them

Melted onto the package
The gift was delivered fairly quickly, and the receiver was pleased. The only thing that made me rate it down was that the chocolate had smudged/ melted all over the plastic packaging, it ruined the gift. I would order again, as I'm assuming it is down to the delivery company.

Happy dog happy dog mum
Been trying to find a specific kind of dog toy with no success. Google search led me to Staines and Brights late evening on the 22nd December. Website was easy to navigate checkout was clear and simple order confirmed immediately.
Parcel arrived 27th which considering 2 of those days were Christmas and Boxing day was super speedy.
Everything was well packaged and we have a very happy dog who carries his dogtopuses (dogtopusii?) everywhere
Very happy with the service would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again
