From placing our order to delivery Soto kept us up to date with all details of our order .
When our plants arrived everything was very well packaged and in excellent condition. The planting map made it easy to put everything into the garden to display of the plants. No that everything is in place the plants are establishing well and the finial result will be magnificent

Great experience, I ordered my plants in a promotion for spring a couple of months ago. They arrived on the day requested very well packaged and healthy looking. The on line tutorials are very useful. Will definitely use again and recommend

Really well packed unlike some companies where you have to repot immediately on arrival and pray the plants survive! Really healthy plants that are all now in their permanent home and I look forward to seeing them grow for summer!

Problem flowerbed sorted.
I have/had a problem flowerbed. It is a long, wide, shady to partially shady rectangle noting I put in it worked. Over the winter I did some research into landscape gardeners and found SOTO. SOTO has a range of collection of designs for flowerbeds and borders. In the collection I found a design that fit my needs, in that it was designed for a partially shaded wide border with plantings that are pet friendly and attract pollinators. I changed the colour scheme slightly to meet my needs. I purchased the recommended number of plants based on the length and width of the borders In February for Spring delivery. The plants arrived a few days ago and are healthy and vigorous. I’m a very happy customer, and will buy from SOTO again.

My first order arrived!
My first order arrived today. Safely packaged up and ready for planting. So helpful to get a plan to go with it so that I know the best positions for my plants. Also the QR codes taking you to tutorials is also super helpful. Can’t wait to see my plants bloom..

Great plants
Great plants; well packaged. My second delivery. I ordered in November last year and all of the plants have overwintered and established well. Planting now complete in the border I can't wait for it to establish.

Newbie to ordering plants on line
Love the plants and all planted and settling in well.
My only criticism is the amount of plastic bags wrapping each plant and wondered if you may look at a way of reducing this
I also wonder if you could laminate the plan as can easily get damaged when planting out ? But plan easy to use
On the positive side I’ve just started another raised border so all the cardboard which the plants where packed into will line the base of this
The delivery was delivered on the agreed day delivery company were great and brought boxes to location requested
You need to be in to take delivery- my neighbour would have been shocked to take in 11 large boxes .
Plants were generally in good order 3 looked a little battered and don’t feel it was due to transportation - but planted and will soon perk up
I would recommend Soto as a company they made everything easy - and further emails with questions were answered quickly .
