Easy to order online. Professional & friendly. Must order from this florist
I placed the order a week early online, a little nervous because first thing using this florist in a new area for recipient. I called the day before to ensure they received my order (even thought i received a order confirmation) and to ensure it was being delivered which they confirmed over the phone.
With length delivery instructions and the driver followed through with instruction and recipient send a picture of received.
The flower are even more gorgeous in person.
Thank you to the Ray florist team and delivery team.

Great service, amazing flowers
All the staff are friendly and helpful. Flowers were organised and delivered as promised.
We took in a picture of an old black and white photo, hoping to get something made that resembled our nans wedding bouquet, the result was far better than expected and the attention to detail was amazing.

Awful place
Awful place, I would avoid. We purchased flowers for a funeral, a wreath to be delivered to the crematorium.
When it arrived it was small, with wilting flowers and the name on the card was completely incorrect.
The reason for sending the flowers was completely missed.
When this was mentioned to them they refused any type of refund and took no accountability at all.
If you are sending flowers for a reason, love, compassion, condolences, thanks....this is not the florist to use, because they don't care about you or your reasons as a customer.

We are very sorry that the surname on the accompanying card was handwritten in error as “Grant” rather than “Gaunt”. We fully acknowledged and apologised for this human error when you contacted us.
However, we are disappointed to read the additional claims in this review regarding the size and condition of the flowers. At no point during your complaint did you mention that the wreath was small, wilting or that you were in any way dissatisfied with the quality of the floral tribute. Your complaint related solely to the incorrect surname on the card.
The wreath itself was made and delivered to the crematorium as ordered. While we did not agree that a full refund for the entire floral tribute was proportionate to an error on the accompanying card, we did take responsibility for that error and offered to send fresh flowers to the bereaved family, with the correct message and our apologies, at our expense.
We completely understand the importance of funeral flowers and the sentiment behind them, which is precisely why we apologised and offered to put the card error right. We are sorry that our proposed resolution was not acceptable to you.
