Total scam. Ordered before christmas and still nothing arrived by middle of april. Contacted 5 times and all I got was brexit/covid restrictions taking time. Total fraud

Ordered Christmas presents in December still nothing sent number of emails back and forth and all I get is brexit or covid restrictions on postage what a scam avoid at all cost

Have had the same experience as other reviewers concerning non delivery, blaming Covid, Brexit, VAT etc, best advise I can give contact your card provider I had my money back in a matter of days, plus some more.

I ordered a bunch of stuff before Christmas and they never turned up. I sent an email asking why it's taking so long and the respond I got is due to Covid and Brexit its taking longer, its now been 4 month's.

I ordered tracksuit bottoms back in December and have still not received them! I have sent numerous emails and had the odd one back apologising saying my order is at customs and they will look into it. I sent another email last week for it to now only bounce back and not even be delivered. COMPLETE SCAM!!! I would not recommend this company.

I placed an order in January, they mailed in February to say it was on it's way, when I queried (for the umpteenth time) in March they asked for my patience, it's now April and the website has disappeared, along with my money. Cnuts.

Would give minus stars if possible. Ordered some things as a Christmas present for my best friend, as well as a couple of things for myself. Christmas came and went, and I emailed customer service for the first time on the 9th of Jan this year, very pleasantly, they replied on the 11th saying due to the ongoing pandemic my order was held up at customs, I responded on the 11th to thank them for the update. I requested a further update on the 27th of Jan and got a reply on the 28th advising due to brexit and the new vat rule in the UK there were shipping delays. On the 24th of February I lost my rag with them a little and asked that if they didn't plan on sending me my order, they send me a full refund. I chased on the 26th of Feb and the 4th of Mar, replied on the 5th of Mar to say further updates would be communicated soon. Chased again on the 4th of Apr and they have now blocked my email as it keeps bouncing back. Shocking customer service, please do not spend money with this joke of a company.

Scam company ordered a product I'm December it's now April and still not arrived...requested a refund several times and they have stopped replying

Same story as all other reviews. Ordered as Christmas presents emails from "Hannah" who seemed lovely, Brexit covid & customs used as excuses. Now email bounced back

Item never received - agreed on a refund (minus 20% for some bullsh*t re-stocking fees)
Refund never came neither - no answer to emails anymore - sent a chargeback from my card

After asking multiple times for my order to be cancelled after it had not been sent for a month they have now completely disappeared from the internet? Not happy at all! Dread to think how many other people they’ve stolen from

PLEASE AVOID THESE THIEVING SCAMMERS!! I purchased the Sherpa Fleece joggers early Dec, 1-4 weeks from dispatch they said, LIES! I've sent so many emails asking when I will receive my order for them to blame Covid then Brexit to then be told on 8th March 21 that I would receive it in 2 weeks....and I'm still waiting, they are now ignoring my emails and now their website doesn't seem to exist?

Placed an order 15th December, still no delivery. First was told it was due to covid, then told it was due to brexit... now they are just ignoring us. And I have noticed their website no longer exists. Is there anything that we can do??! £30 down may not be a lot to everyone but it is to us!

Yes a massive scam. I ordered presents on the 6th Dec 2020. Still nothing and I kept getting emails saying it had been shipped. I have asked for a refund but surprise surprise Hannah has not responded. Companies like this are a joke. Do not use

Looks like iam one of the long line of people who have been scammed.

Very much like many of the customers below I ordered clothing early December and I still have not received my order they are a disgrace. Now my emails are not delivering and I cannot get on their website there must be something we can do to claim our money back if anybody can help please let me know

Do not order from this company. Made an order on the 9th of December and still waiting for the product.

Emails get replies saying wait two weeks and the product will have arrived.

We’re now at the end of March.

They refuse to take responsibility and also refuse refunds.
