Absolute joke of a company. Order items for Christmas still not arrived end of March 2021. Sent emails, first response was to blame Covid. Send emails now and they bounce back, look for the website and page cannot be found. Scammers!!!!! Hope these people can sleep at night scamming people out of money during a world pandemic

Absolutely ridiculous! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!! Made the mistake of buying some joggers for a present in December and it’s now end of March without anything, emailed multiple times with a reply that said it’ll be 2 weeks however has gone way over!

I ordered back in December and still do not have the items. I have been emailing and emailing to get a refund and they have not refunded me despite further chasers in February and March!

Absolute scam!! And now my emails to them are bouncing

I feel exactly the same as other shoppers of this site...an absolute scam. I too wish I could give no stars to this review.
I ordered joggers in early December & still haven’t received them. I initially got the same apologetic responses to my emails asking where my item was, but more recently I haven’t even had a reply.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Absolute scam. I order one pair of joggers on 6th December and was told it could take up to 4 weeks to arrive due to Covid, fair enough. It's now almost April and I've not received my joggers, when I try track my item it says it's not even a tracking number. When I email asking where they are I get some girl called Hannah telling me they're "working tirelessly" and "terribly sorry" and they should be with me "any day now". I asked for a refund a few days ago, got the same crappy email and then when I tried to email back it said the email address could not be found, then when I went on the website to find a different email address it said the page could now be found. Absolute scammers.

I ordered 2 fluffy boot/ slippers for my partner and daughter on the 18th December! They said it wpukd be maximum 1-4 weeks. It is almost 1st April and still hasn't arrived. I've emailed multiple times to get a refund... no answer! I've called a few times to speak to someone.... no answer!! Please everyone avoid this awful company like the plague. They're probably just out to scam you and take you money and not speak to you to get a refund. Will NEVER use again! 😡😡😡

I purchased a men’s sherpa fleece lined hooded top and jogging bottoms set, and a pair of women’s sherpa fleece lined jogging bottoms from this site on 27 November 2020. Their website stated that all orders are dispatched within three days of being ordered, and stated that I should allow five days for processing whereby I would receive a tracking number. Five working days passed, and nothing was received. I contacted them on 6 December. The next day they replied and asked for patience, apologised, and said I should receive my order within two weeks. Great, I thought, I had wanted them as a Christmas gift. On 10 December it said my order was on its way. It was - fortunately (meaning it wasn’t a complete scam - delivered on 31 December, albeit too late. I noticed that the men’s set, which was meant to be a medium, had a pair of trousers at the correct size but the top was labelled XL. The trousers didn’t even have a care label. I contacted them as that is not what I had ordered. The quality was poor. The women’s trousers are the type of material to bobble after a short period of time, were not the correct size (the ankles come up short), and were see through when in any slight way stretched. The men’s trousers was made from a weird fabric - some sort of semi shiny, crinkly looking when moved fabric. It was not your typical jogger fabric. It’s probably also not even sherpa fleece, which is what you are expected to pay for. The stitching was useless and came apart within two weeks of average use on the men’s pair, and despite the hooded top being labelled as XL, it was more like a small - not even a medium! So messed up. I contacted them and asked what could be done to rectify this, and they said nothing due to the items having been on sale (still for a hefty price, don’t be a fool like me and pay it) at the time of purchase. I was told there were no correct size replacements and so nothing could be done. Usually when an order is incorrectly fulfilled, the seller should rectify it (we got the wrong size), but they just ignored my further request for help. Take it from me, you will waste your money on something that will not last, and the seller will not care.

Exactly the same situation as the reviews below. Avoid at all costs. Ordered early December and a “customer service agent” called Hannah keeps telling me the product is on its way. Repeatedly asked for my money back and keep getting told the order has been dispatched again. Last time i will be ordering from a Instagram advert.

Order placed 12th December, still haven't received my product. Looking more and more likely that this company is a scam.

Total scam. Ordered items in December, have been fobbed off with excuses of Brexit and Covid. Now I've asked for a refund there is no communication.

Ordered on the 12th December last year and order still hasent arrived nor have I recieved a refund upon request

AVOID! Order placed early December and still no sign of a delivery. Like everyone else, requests for a refund are being completely ignored. Asked for proof that delivery was sent and also been ignored and instead told be patient.

Company hasn't delivered my order or provided tracking since I paid them in early December. I have requested a refund several times but have been repeatedly ignored. Save your money. Do. Not. Use.

Does anybody know what can be done about this company? They are still selling on line. The positive reviews must be fake because they are not delivering orders from December. They do not reply to emails or messages.

I placed 2 orders back on 25th & 26th November 2020, Christmas presents for my family. I have had replies blaming COVID but no updates giving any confidence that I will receive my orders.
I agree this must be a total SCAM. I can’t believe they are still advertising on Facebook & Instagram, it’s an absolute disgrace.

Complete SCAM. Take your money and do not deliver. Appreciative of the fact the past year has been difficult, it is unforgivably unethical for these people to keep taking orders when they cannot satisfy some from in December. Hannah, Katie and the rest of the team should be ashamed of themselves.

TOTAL SCAM, ordered some clothes on 7th December, still not arrived now and it's nearly April. I have had serveral emails back and forth with them which gave me hope that they were genuine, but they always just say be patient it's coming. It never came, I have asked for a refund 3 times but they just keep saying be patient it's coming. I don't believe them. Am applying to my credit card company for a chargeback claim. Don't trust them with your hard earned money.
