1 star as I can’t leave less.
No communication on an unfulfilled order. If equipment I was ordering was t in stock I would have ordered from elsewhere. Ignore emails and fail to communicate, absolute shambles of a company.
Trading as FPS - Fire Protection Shop. Ordered 3 fire blankets 18/11 - by 24/11 no sign "Evri" waiting for them. Emailed - no reply, called - agreed they didnt know where they were. Promised refund, and email confirmation. 29/11 - no email - no refund. Emailed again - no response. 2/12 - called again - as if I had never been in touch - Evri tracking shows they have asked them to send the goods back. So - promised a refund and email confirmation of refund ....as I write - no email. Steer clear of this company - clearly not to be trusted. Will have to reclaim via Credit Card as they clearly dont want to honour their commercial and legal obligations when they fail to supply. And as I said to them - who on earth uses EVRI with their track record.
