Just like everyone else, money paid but products never received. EVERYONE EFFECTED PLEASE have a close look at your bank statements since. I have had monthly fraudulent activity on my account once a month every month and it began 3 days after I made my purchase from soo fluffy.

Same as all the other reviews I got the generic responses when emailing asking me to be patient and blaming covid. Once you ask for a refund they stop replying. After 12 weeks I contacted my bank and did a re-charge and got the money back even though I payed with a debit card. Hopefully this helps anyone else who has fallen victim to this.

I ordered fleece lined jeans in December. I still haven’t received anything but the money came out of my account.

Don’t order from this company! I ordered some leggings for my wife back in December and have still not received them and it is now May!

I sent them an email and finally got a response back in February saying that orders may take longer due to COVID.

I waited and waited and finally sent another email and I got an ‘undeliverable’ response noting that their system refused to accept a connection.

Bad experience - Ive ordered boots off Soo Fluffy- I have emailed them reference my order, they don't reply, its been 4 months now, they sent me 1 message saying be patient my order is on its way, its been delayed because of covid, Soo Fluffy has now disappeared offline.

Shipping took a while, i recived my items about a few weeks later than I hoped, that's why it's not 5 stars. The products were all well made, warm and they smelled nice! my girlfriend loves her sherpa fleece tracksuit!

I ordered and paid for my soo fluffy tracksuit bottoms in March. It has ten weeks and I have still not received them. I sent an email to chase them and this is now undeliverable. I suspect i have been scammed. Do not make orders from this company.

Ordered and paid for 2 items December 20, still nothing after 5 months. Absolute con artists! Automated responses whenever queried. Do not use this company if it still exists.

Scammers. You’ll know already though by these reviews. Order delayed. Emails from CS saying sorry and it’s held up. Now emails bounce. They’ve shut down. Taken money. And run.

Utter scam - ordered for Xmas, now May!!!! Nothing. Another out of jurisdiction con artist!!!!

This company is an absolute joke.... ordered products in December last year 1 item arrived in February and had to be sent straight back as the quality was awful. Still awaiting delivery for the rest of my order 6 months later as they won't refund money unless items are returned. Even the item I did return was never refunded .... please do not make the same mistake and use this company

Soo Fluffy are scammers! I ordered an item on the 26th of December and as of the 29th April it still hasn't arrived. I was told on the 2nd February that dispatches were taking longer due to the coronavirus. Since then I have sent 4 emails, all of which have been ignored. DO NOT USE!

I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. I wish I had read the reviews before making my order. My experience echoes a lot of these here. I ordered in December - nothing ever arrived (as of end of April). Have emailed them twice and they refuse to refund me. I am thankful it was a small order in my case. Total scam artists.

0 stars. Complete scam. I ordered £120.96 worth of items on December 7th 2020. It is now April 28th and I have still not received the items. I have sent various emails requesting information as to where the products are and finally requesting a refund. I have not heard anything back from the company since their reply to my first email.

Never received my item and ordered at the start of year, 4 months later and still nothing. After chasing this up several times and receiving excuses, I asked for a refund. They didn't refund me and blocked me from contacting further. Very upset what a waste.

Sadly, I have to echo the comments of others. Soofluffy.com was undoubtedly a scam. Ordered some clothes in December, it's now late April and still no sign of them. In the meantime, I've had a handful of generic responses about COVID, Brexit etc but nothing else.

Looks like the site has now gone and the email replies have stopped. Thankfully, I didn't spend too much and bought by credit card.

Do NOT buy from this company. It is a SCAM. “Bought” £100 worth of goods on 9th December, no delivery. Repeated emails asking when it was expected. Got “replies” saying they were looking into it. Asked for refund for goods not received. Stop responding to emails.
Now my emails are bouncing back.
Going to take this as far as I can! Disgraceful

0 STAR RATING. ORDERED DECEMBER EVERY EMAIL STATED ITS DELAYED TELLING ME TO BE PATIENT. I ASKED FOR A RE FUND. “ITS ON ITS WAY PLEASE BE PATIENT” NOW EMAILS DONT SEND. IVE LOST THIS MONEY. DISGUSTING!!!

Scam. Ordered 5 months ago still nothing. First they promised future dates, now have stopped and I hear nothing. They had mentioned Brexit as the reason, but now I know they just took my money and ran.
