The unit was dispatched very quickly and arrived in good time. We are happy with the unit and it is certainly helping to reduce the excess moisture in the house.

I have still not received my order
Updated: Order was received on 7 April. Its frustrating as the order was dispatched on the 30th March. I'm more update that nobody communicated with me during the 30th March and 6 April
I have still not received my order. Considering the value of the order I would have also expected some sort of updates and communication as to where my order is, its been more than 7 days. This is really poor service between Solenco and DSV.
