You didn't give me the best price as a…

You didn't give me the best price as a pensioner
-bought two units
your communications came through without the name of a sender.
you didn't provide the key information to reset the
change filter lights as a mini sheet with the replacement filters.
the basic unit design is unstable- falls over very easily
apart from these pedantic points the system is rather a good one.

Fantastic customer experience

Delivery was very quick (arrived much earlier than expected) and received regular updates on status and delivery process. Parcel was well packaged and received in perfect condition. Products offered by Solenco are high quality.

The product is overall effective

The product is overall effective. Although I find it a bit noisy on level 1 ,2 and 3 and have to keep it on the sleep mode all the time due to the noise level

Great customer service, great product

Great customer service! I was notified when the product I was looking for was back in stock, and within 24 hours of ordering it had arrived at my door! I have been using my Silence Air Purifier for years and it has made an enormous difference for my health and general well-being.

Took my air purifier for repairs

Took my air purifier for repairs, not only was it fixed,it was quick and efficient ,the staff was friendly and went out their way, explaining to to me how to get the best optimisation from my air purifier, I would definitely recommend Solenco to everyone, the air purifier works perfectly and it wad cost effective, thankyou Solenco.
