I came across this website, and for October they were offering 150 free spins with no wagering after a £10 deposit and playthrough. I joined and was invited to 'opt-in' to this or one of two other promotions during the sign-up process. I deposited my £10, staked £10, and then no spins. When I enquired about this I was told that there are promotion restrictions placed upon my account for any 'brand' of 'BV Holdings'? I was further told that this was a 'trading decision', and that no more information would be given.
To be clear, I deposited, lost, and only then was I told that I would not be getting the 150 free spins. Buyer beware.

By far the quickest and easiest site to re open after 5 year self exclusion but my experience has been bad, the returns from slots are poor its like they have nerfed the games, no decent wins and rubbish paying bonus rounds, its zero fun when every deposit is a one way ticket to Bust
