This company is simply excellent
This company is simply excellent. They provide samples free of charge, ordering is a breeze with rapid delivery. Some of my slips arrived Brocken and the company replaced them all without question and with very speedy delivery. I can't recommend them enough.

Free samples and free postage
The only company who offered free samples and free postage and you need to see the actual slips because the colours look different to the pictures, understandably. Good price, quick delivery, lovely product, a couple of bricks had broken en route and replacements were sent out. Would use this company again and can highly recommend them and their products.

Shocking after sales experience
The sales process was a good experience. The sample board was received very quickly as were the slips and accessories I subsequently ordered.
Unfortunately the after sales side of things was not a good experience.
When I received my order there were several broken slips. I took photos and emailed the Company to ask for replacements. After getting no response I messaged the Company via Facebook but was told they could do nothing for me as they were the Marketing department. The next day I managed to find a phone number and rang the Company. I was advised that they would chase up my email and get back to me the same day with a response. Nobody got back to me and I have a tiler coming in a few days with a shortfall of slips. I will not use this Company again and will not be recommending to friends or family.
