Ordered a sample of the castle blend a couple of weeks ago. They are a bit pinker than in the photos. Photos make them look browner than they are, in my opinion.
Ordered 8 boxes (4m2) which arrived today. I am really chuffed with quality and no breakages! Customer service (Jessica) was brilliant on live chat as I had to move my delivery day due to family emergency. I think £60 shipping charge is quite steep as I only live up the road from where the place is, so shame there’s not a collect option as would have been a lot cheaper.
I was a couple of slips short (4) and Jessica again was straight on it and awaiting these via first class post.

Really happy with both the quality and communication. I tried lots of samples before settling on NewYork red rustic. Initially ordered a big palate and ended up needing an extra 7 corner pcs as I miscalculated. The team were super helpful to get these to me economically and fast. I love the transformation after covering my chimney breast.

I'm now thinking what else I could.

I ordered Rustic Red Brick Slips, the colour really doesn't match their photos. The brick slips are pink, not red. I've used them, but I am disappointed.

If you get them wet then they do look like in the online photos. I've tried painting "wet looks sealer" on but that's just make them shiny.

I wish there was a way to make them look like in the photos.

Ordered samples on 3 occasions and a full order, sample were well packed and the order arrived on a pallet, Ordered the rustic red brick slips and could not be happier.

Ordered a "free sample" 12th January - had to pay £6 for delivery. Checking courier tracking and the courier has never been able to pick up the item. Customer service phone line appears as "MasterWise" and goes through to voicemail. No reply on the chatbot on the website 2 days in a row now.

Ordered a sample from Brick-slips and had a great experience. Delivery was quick and product was as described.

I went ahead and ordered 3 boxes of brick slips along with all the accessories needed to fit them; adhesive, mortar, spacers etc.

A £60 shipping fee for this is added at checkout which seems very steep but I needed the order quickly as I was mid project with builders so went ahead and ordered.

A week later - no delivery. I emailed to chase where it was and was told it would be delivered the next day.
The delivery came and part of the order was missing. I chased again to find out when the rest of my items would be delivered and was assured that they had been packed and were getting dispatched that day with next day delivery. It’s now 2 days later and I haven’t received my other items. This has delayed the project. Very close to Christmas and builders have had to start on another job.

£60 to not delivery the items in a timely manner seems fairly disappointing.
Looking online a lot of the accessories can be bought for cheaper without any delivery fees elsewhere. So I would opt for that in the future for anyone else looking to order.

Positive is the brick slips them self look good - but I’d say that’s about the only saving grace here.

Ordered stone tiles paid upfront , they dont answer emails, telephone is a bot answering BEWARE of this outfit as we have been scammed. Goods have never been delivered.

Ordered 3 sets. Took a while...but have arrived. Abit of correspondence would help cutomer relations greatly.
