Great collection of bricks
Delivery system is little unreliable but overall they are a great supplier. They have a huge collection of bricks . After searching for matching bricks for weeks for my new extention, this company got me what I wanted- 100% match. Also, they have great customer service- replying all the queries within minutes.

Easy ordering off webpage but delivery date given to me whilst within timescales was a day later than my builder needed it to be. The office staff went out of their way to deliver it to me when I needed it, this is what is going above for customer service excellence is all about. I ordered a stock clerance pallet only to be informed that the pallets were broken and could not be supplied.
It created a huge problem due to chosen bricks not being redily available, Larry Zidoils kindly found a batch supplier up North and ordered on our behalf at

As we state on our website we rely on a third-party company for all the haulage, the orders of less than five packs of bricks are delivered by a tail lift lorry, with drivers offloading them to the kerbside using a manual pump truck.
We understand that this should have been discussed with you when you placed your order directly with our Sales Team, and we regret that this was missed.
