Great comms, great service great

Excellent service, sent off 2 controllers on Tuesday to be repaired and were back friday working perfectly

Fair to say that I’m very grateful with the service that was received from Skin Pixel. Had initially paid for the Ginfull TMR Edge Stick mods. I emailed Skin Pixel just to make sure I had bought the right mods. After given additional information that was tailored to my gameplay of FPS, I decided to upgrade.



I sent my modules over on Monday. Soon realised I would have to spend time with my wife and actually participate in real human conversation. I was left feeling paralysed, helpless, watching my PS5 gather dust like some forgotten relic.



Enter Carl, the unsung hero of my story. Hearing my plight, he swooped in, completed the mod like a tech wizard and had the package sent out the same day.



Carl, you are legend.

The thumbs ticks on my dualsense had deteriorated and all the rubber had come of so I contacted Skin Pixel one night and was really impressed with a response straight away and I had spoken to them about upgrading to a set of Gulikit which I decided to go for after all the help I needed was dealt with professionally and then the turn around was just as good as there customer service I couldn’t recommend anyone else

Carl at Skin Pixel is excellent. The service he offers for repairing a broken controller is great value for money compared to buying a new controller at £60. He's also got expensive knowledge on problems and faults that a controller can have.
