Got my drifting sticks replaced with TMRs and my dual sense feels superb!

Order was placed and received promptly and well packaged after a few weeks of testing no stick drift as of yet very pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy again, keep up the great work on these custom joypads for ps5, was abit sceptical at first as there not cheap but well worth the extra money as it will last, you can tell the difference from regular controllers

Sent them 4 x PS5 controllers for stick drift fixes. There was a discount for multiple controllers and even without considering this, the price was better than more local alternatives. I was offered the Hallipi TMR upgrade option at an additional cost and decided to go for this for one of the controllers. The upgrade/fix was completed very swiftly and returned within a week. To my surprise, all controllers had received the upgraded sticks complementary. Amazing service and highly recommended.

Ordered 31.07.2025, and received info that the package were already sent out 01.08.2025. Sitting here now with the products in my hands. Took some time due to custom duty tax in Norway. Even got an upgrade from what I bought free of charge. Gulikit tmr to Hallpi tmr. Will be using this company again for the next purchase.

Around a week turn around can’t complain about that and value for money. Great customer service

Very happy with my custom controller, which was dispatched well ahead of the estimated date and arrived in perfect condition. Happy with the communication from the vendor too: good, clear updates.

They repaired the drift on my ps5 controller and even replaced the rubber caps on the sticks!

Skin Pixel is a fantastic little business. I recently sent in a PS5 controller with a broken headphone jack and they were able to fix it and send it back within a week of me posting it.

I was in constant contact with them, and they were able to tell me exactly what the problem was and how much it would cost
They even attached pictures to explain the exact problem.

Highly recommend these guys. I'll be using them again if I have another problem.

i bought a custom ps5 controller and could not be any more happier, the mouse click triggers and buttons are just a thing of beauty and the hall effect tmr sticks are probably the closest i have ever been to feeling true aim on a controller.. the back pedals sit nicely in your hand and feel really responsive. carl was honestly amazing he responded really fast and had the patience of a saint to answer all my questions and he was even nice enough to put in a free custom change to the controller for me. amazing service from carl 10/10

The service and communication from Skin Pixel is second to non- contacted me at every stage, went though the issue with my ps5 controller and what they needed to do, and delivered a really fast turn around from initial diagnostic to repair! 10/10 5* A++

Service was first class. I’ve been looking for a good site to upgrade my dualsense edge thin sticks to Hall effect, and gave skin pixel a go ( based on other positive feedback) and I’m glad I went with these guys. Modules came calibrated and are amazing! I’m still getting murdered by ( I suspect) 10 year olds online, but this is a skill issue😂
