Wrong item was sent after weeks of waiting
Refund policy would have taken 10 days apparently so had a whinge and to be fair refund then done super quick
We would not return for anything as no acceptance or comment of sending an item that clearly wasn’t the one on the advertised photo.
From Sigma “ The item was the correct item, but Orca appear to have changed the design of the branding on theses shorts.“ This doesn’t change the fact Sigma sent out an item that was not the same as photo on their website ! Husband would not have ordered had he known what Sigma is now stating . The better thing to do ., would just admit your advertising photo was incorrect .

I think that there must be a new computer system as my online order could be viewed but not completed. It took quite a while to process and in the end we had to do it manually. I sensed that the shop assistant was quite frustrated!

All I did was pop into Sigma Hampton Wick to collect an online purchase but they had a new system which necessitated about 5 members of staff to get involved. It was very funny - they were very good natured about it. And the Ultegra Front Mech was half price, so I was generally delighted. Thanks Sigma.

A great bike fit experience with Salvatore. Very in depth explanation of each measurement & change, and the effect each would have on fit and comfort. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, I’d highly recommend to anyone in need of a bike fit, will be back in the future for any further changes !

Good job, all went to plan

Purchased my first pair of Universal Colours Mono Bib
Shorts 2.0 - UC Navy - L I'm 195 cm tall and 71 kg these fitted with just the right compression in the legs and pad narrow and comfortable. Bib straps long enough. Worn once on a 37 mile workout very comfortable.

A thorough, comprehensive bike fit with Salvatore. Everything was explained well and I found the whole experience very valuable. I wasn't expecting to have to purchase new shoes and inserts so that was a quick adjustment to my spending plans. However given that I have wide, flat feet the new shoes were definitely needed.

I've got my first road bike fitted last weekend - Salvo was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout, as well as after the bike fit. Would definitely recommend!

The catalogue of products is incredible, I found everything I was looking for. The pick up option was great as the shop is accessible. I swapped some products in the counter and they accepted it without any problem. Their shop is amazing, with lots of cool bikes and a big workshop.

Delivered earlier than expected.

A special thank you to Neal, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout the process. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and helped me find the right bike that properly suits my requirements. I was particularly impressed that everything I had requested during my previous visit was taken care of and completed as promised.

I would also like to recognise Marc for his excellent assistance. He was very helpful, accommodating, and made sure that everything I needed was properly addressed.

In fact, all the staff I encountered at Sigma Sports were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. The level of customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and reassuring.

Salvo is the best example of Customer service you could have.
He deserves a pay rise or bonus as he is the reason I will come back to Sigma Sports again.
Salvo went above and beyond to accommodate my availability, and was very clear in his explanation of the work he was doing for me throughout.
I believe I received the premium service I was paying for.
I cannot speak highly enough of Salvo, he is exceptional.

Quick delivery and all items arrived as expected

Ordered via online on Wednesday, arrived in shop on Friday and saddle fitted perfectly to my specifications by Finn and Mathew on a busy afternoon before the Bankhols w/e. The Kask helmet was the right size but grey sea ice not blue as wanted. Never mind eh!

Also fast delivery and great prices in the sale .
