The whole experience at Sigma Sports was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was welcoming and professional, and Dom was particularly polite, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. Visiting the store felt like a genuinely cool experience, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into helping customers find the right bike.

I have purchased several road bikes from different retailers and the whole experience was a bit blasé. The Sigma experience was excellent the moment I walked through the door from the initial fit through to the choice of a bike and the to the moment I collected the new bike. Other retailers could learn a lot from these guys.

I went to the Sigma Sport store in Hampton Wick today and had good service in finding the right bike shoes for me. I later spoke up customer service on WhatsApp and they were able to price match the shoes. By the time I got home I am delighted to have the difference refunded. All in all excellent service from the store and customer services. I’ll be back and recommend as well. Thank you

Ben C from the Kingston Stor was absolutely superb! He helped me buy a new pump and all the kit I'd need to repair if I got a puncture on my tubeless tyres. 2 week delay in sending my chain (my mistake for not paying balance). Rang shop and organised next day delivery. Arrived within 1 hour window predicted.

I have had issues with my feet for a while and was recommended to go to Sigma. Matt at the Kingston shop was very helpful finding me a suitable shoe and really took his time.

Then Salvo helped me with making some insoles on extremely short notice in order to get me ready for a race. Spending time with him and with his knowledge and experience, made me understand why I was having issues with my feet and how an old injury is affecting the way I cycle.

I would very much recommend the Kingston branch and Matt and Salvo. Thank you!!!

I recently bought a new bike from Sigma and the service was great from start to finish - I used cycle to work scheme and Sigma were on it with the process and getting the bike set up ready for me to collect in perfect time!

Quick shipping, great products and great prices. Delivered to my brothers place in East Grinstead cos they don't ship to NZ unfortunately, Europe yes, down under no, mores the pity, but thanks to family who will sort the shipping, I can take advantage of the wider range of products Britons and Europeans can enjoy from Sigma Sports.
