Recieved email when product was ack in stock to be able to place order. Quick and efficient service in the shop to collect order, well staffed and always friendly, ready to help & offer advice where needed.

I was looking for an Oakley Meta sunglasses and one of the sales person help me choose the correct pair of sunglasses. His name is Marc. He was very helpful and patient. He was very careful in showing me all the options and making sure that there were actual sunglasses in stock was carefully opening each boxes.

Since my earlier review a couple of years ago, it feels like Sigma has turned the corner on customer service. Knowledgeable friendly staff, really willing to help and demonstrating empathy, and a genuine desire to help. I’ll assume this is a culture change rather than a lucky break as I was only dealing with returning kit today, and dealt with the same guys on Floor 1 that I had dealt with when I got the kit. Well done to the Customer Service manager who instituted this culture change. Makes it a really good experience coming totally the shop.

I had a problem with an order online, so I called the Hampton Wick branch where order was sent JJ the shop assistant was great the order was sorted and sent and received within a few days.

The mechanic I dealt with had ended up needing to charge an additional hour for labour due to a a slight miscommunication however he did a great job and managed to recoup some of my money through helping out another customer who needed my old shifters to get his bike back on the road urgently. Managed to kill two birds with one stone by showing enthusiasm and initiative. Previously another mechanic waived my labour cost as he couldn’t quite get my bike to work on my smart trainer better than it did before which is understandable as this shit can be fiddly and tricky as hell even though bikes seem relatively straightforward it usually never ends up being so straightforward. This was very fair and kind of him. Now I’ve got two new shifters on the bike the second mechanic has managed to get the bike working much smoother on the smart trainer. The new cables must’ve been the missing link. The store is aesthetically pleasing with really impressive bikes. All the staff I’ve come across carry themselves in a professional but humble, human and personable way which is pretty rare nowadays. Sigma Hampton wick has gained a loyal customer for life. Much better than two other well known local bike shops I’ve used in recent years.

I recently purchased a new bike from Sigma which developed a clicking noise after just a few rides. The team responded very quickly to my initial email and arranged a workshop booking straight away.
The in-store welcome was friendly and professional, and the issue was resolved promptly. Although the fault turned out to be user error on my part, it was handled with great professionalism throughout.
If you’re planning to buy a new bike or need a service or repair, I would highly recommend Sigma Sports without hesitation.
