Great experience today with Salvatore for my bike fit with insoles. He's patient, knowledgable and specialised in body optimisation - which allows for a comprehensive review of rider, bike and everything in between. The room is fitted with all the latest tech.

On top of that, the bike store is amazing and has pretty much everything you could ever need, and more.

Marc was really helpful for selecting my jersey.
He was patience enough to show me different options.

Altogether fantastic. A man downstairs helped me a lot with some bike maintenance and accessories, and was friendly, professional and very polite.
Then upstairs Marc was first class. He was so helpful and enthusiastic, reassuring, appreciated my time constraints, didn’t push me into anything expensive and listened to my needs but advised me when I needed it. His manners were also impeccable.
It’s a while since I’ve had such great service in a shop.

My bike fitting with Neal Lovell was professional and informative. He understood what I wanted and has got me in a better riding position. Two weeks on I’ve ridden my new bike 10 times and everything he told me is happening! I’m cycling more efficiently &faster. Very grateful for all his knowledge & advice. Wrong item was sent after weeks of waiting
Refund policy would have taken 10 days apparently so had a whinge and to be fair refund then done super quick
We would not return for anything as no acceptance or comment of sending an item that clearly wasn’t the one on the advertised photo.
From Sigma “ The item was the correct item, but Orca appear to have changed the design of the branding on theses shorts.“ This doesn’t change the fact Sigma sent out an item that was not the same as photo on their website ! Husband would not have ordered had he known what Sigma is now stating . The better thing to do ., would just admit your advertising photo was incorrect .
