Efficient delivery service
The company tried really hard to accommodate my preferred delivery slot. I could track their driver on the map, and they also sent a text 15-20 mins beforehand to announce their arrival. Polite and professional delivery.

Late delivery and lack of communication
Delivery window set 1-4pm with 1 days notice. No contact on day of delivery. I called retailer at 3.30 who told me it was on route and no issues. At 5pm I called delivery company and was told there was a vehicle breakdown causing delay new eta 7.30 and I would get a call 30 mins pre delivery. Delivery finally arrived at 7.45 and we were told this route always runs late. Poor communication and no proactivity from the office. Delivery team were in a rush and tried not to unpack until requested, also didn’t remove rubbish.

I would absolutely recommend this…
I would absolutely recommend SGK delivery service to anyone, the delivery guys were so lovely, they were polite, respectful and went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble, they worked at such a fast pace and wasted no time. I can’t thank them enough, what a credit to their company.

Not impressed
The item should have been collected between 11am-2pm. The arrived at 4pm but I hadn't received any communication at all. When I asked they said that there van had broke down.
When they put the mattress on the van they put the side of it on the road.

Well communicated, delivery slot as stated, emailed with links to track, they phoned the day before to confirm delivery slot even though they had emailed. They called when 10 mins away. Great guys, this is the 2nd time we have used them and will do again.

So far I am not impressed
So far I am not impressed! Delivery was due between 3-6pm. Its now 20.45. The only communication I've had is from a driver telling me he was 10 mins away, which turned out to be a delivery in Yorkshire!! No where near my house. He said the company must have mixed up the phone numbers!! There's no company number to call to find out what's going on. According to tracking im 1 stop away which has been the case for the last 3 hours!! When will these companies understand communication goes a long way!!! I'll be passing on my feedback to the company I made a purchase from as this incident will put me off purchasing from any company that uses this delivery company !!!

The two men arrived and were just going to leave my bed at the front door. I had ordered from a furniture company that offered assembly in a room of choice so I was really shocked . I phoned the sellers and they confirmed that they had asked for delivery and assembly the two couriers told me that their manager didn’t put the assembly on their delivery instructions but when the couriers called their manager they agreed that it was SGKs mistake. Anyway it was resolved but I felt quite stressed and disappointed as I had looked forward to the arrival of the bed all day. It made me feel that I had messed up their remaining deliveries so it was a bit of an anti climax.
