I do love these products
I do love these products. My wee one uses the chewbuddys every day and they're a life saver. Fast delivery too. Only issue is she bit through the leg of one the day we bought them but I now know we can't use those ones in future. Will still definitely buy from this company again.

Not great quality
I didn't think the quality was very good for the price, really weak and easily broken so quite pointless for an SEN child unfortunately. I was expecting a sturdier product as it is called a chew bracelet, it was not at all chewable.

I absolutely adore my sensory chew! It has to be my absolute favourite fidget EVER! Not only is it beautiful (I bought the silver leaf necklace) it's also discreet, appropriate to wear anywhere, easy to take care of and it takes care of me and my sensory stimming needs and my TMJ pain. The chew is satisfying and can work for strong bite force without leaving any marks. It's high quality and the company itself is brilliant with speedy delivery and excellent customer care. I definitely recommend giving their products a try!

When I first received my order I thought they look good quality but my granddaughter when to school with one and the teacher that my granddaughter was upset that the lanyard had come off and they couldn't put it back on the chewy. She still wanted it and then lost it. I haven't given her the other 2 because it caused too much upset and stress. So I think they are a waste of money.

I always encourage customers to contact me directly if anything goes wrong, as I’m more than happy to help resolve issues quickly. All chewable jewellery—whether purchased from me or other retailers—is designed so the chew can be removed from the cord or lanyard. This is an intentional safety feature, and for that reason it’s recommended that these products are used under adult supervision.
I’m sorry the chew became detached and was lost; I appreciate how frustrating that must have been. As this isn’t a product fault but a normal characteristic of chewable jewellery, I wanted to clarify this for future customers.
To help prevent this happening again, I have several short videos showing how to reattach the lanyard or cord, as well as an alternative “loop‑on‑loop” method that is much more secure. You can find them here:

If you still have the remaining chews unused, you are very welcome to return them for a refund. Alternatively, I’d recommend trying the loop‑on‑loop attachment method, as it greatly reduces the chance of the chew being removed accidentally.

The item I ordered wasn't fit for my child due to no fault of the product and I contacted the company as a mother at a loss and the person who replied was so polite and helped me with recommendations on what to get. Definitely will be ordering from this company again.

Excellent quality
Great quality items that have already become a hit with my boys in just the day that we've had them. Already less teeth snapping and grinding from my sensory seeker and relief from me that he's not damaging his teeth any further.
