Lack of details and communication by the reps. One of your reps said I didn’t qualify and hung up. Being transferred numerous times between reps starting basically over again each time. Whole?term? Never explained. Poor customer service.

I had a excellent experience I was a little hesitant because the whole process is over the phone and now a days scammers are lurking to get all your information however this company is safe proof and great.
