Dean, Hayley and the team were brilliant at helping us navigate the sale of our property. They gave us solid advice on the local market and how to price our property. They were able to get us a significant number of viewings over the first weekend and under offer in just over a week from listing.

We worked with Hayley at Sargeants buying a house in Northfields recently. She was incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. One of the things we really liked was that we dealt with Hayley all the way through the process, from viewing to completion, so we had one point of contact who always knew what was happening, rather than being handed around different people in the team.

This company across the board is spot on. My renting experience with them was quality, and now having worked with Louis in the sales team for months on purchasing a place, it was no different.

Just completed on the sale of our flat and couldn't recommend Sargeants more. From the start, we liked Sargeants as a local agent and their overall marketing. They have been hands on and professional from the start, giving feedback on all viewings and once an offer was agreed, nurturing the sale through to the end. Our sale wasn't straight forward but it was made easier by such a supportive agent, especially in the current market. In particular I must mention Hayley who was outstanding throughout. As a Managing Partner of a solicitors firm I have had a lot of dealings with estate agents over the years and Sargeants are definitely up there with the best. Thank you :-)

We recently bought a house through Sargeants in Hanwell and have been really pleased with how smooth the process has been. Sally was brilliant throughout.

I have a very good experience with Sargeants Ealing office. Their agent, Soraya Rouaz has been very helpful. Different from many other agents in the market, she is not only knowledgable but also not pushy at all. I never feel pressured, instead I feel respected and comfortable with the property search. I would recommend Sargeants to people who are looking in the Ealing area for sure.
