After we were flooded in November 2025, the company we were insured with stated that they would not be renewing our insurance as from 31st March 2026.I contacted Flood Assist and I have nothing but praise for the way I was helped in getting new Home/contents insurance.Olivia Kirby was excellent in getting the best deal for us via the Flood Re scheme giving us peace of mind should we be unfortunate enough to get flooded again.Thank you again.

Its just to expensive, considering this area has not been flooded since before the flood prevention scheme that works fine.

Easy to process the renewal. The agent was very prompt to answer the questions raised about my policy. I was not rushed and able to make an informed decision. Very good service provided. Excellent customer service.

Praise to Callum in particular . He patiently answered all my questions in a Kind and very Patient manner.
He promised to sending me both written documents and all arrived today two days after I renewed the policy so that gives me confidence in Flood assist . He also told me he would match the quote I had from the other company which. He also managed to do . And it was cheaper than last year At least loyalty paid off. .

So the personal service was great .

I called to request a quote and from beginning to end of the process Callum was polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

The team leader quickly identified a solution to our problem of being unable to obtain flood cover with our household insurance and set about getting our address added to the flood re register and finding a company that would insure our house at a reasonable price considering it's situation next to the sea. At all times we were kept informed of what he was doing to obtain cover. The service we received lived up to the company's claim that it can find flood insurance for homes that have been flooded or are in high risk areas. We highly recommend Flood Assist.

Eddie worked with me to create an insurance policy that is tailored to my family and my property. He consulted with me, providing expert insights, and was clearly extremely knowledgeable.
Eddie kept in touch but wasn't pushy, and was genuinely pleased for me when I completed the purchase of my property - I feel like I can trust him to deliver a high quality service because of how much he made the effort to get to know my circumstances. Flood Assist are a pleasure to deal with. Where almost every other insurer would not include flood cover on our buildings insurance they came up trumps and at a very reasonable premium.

They are efficient and extremely helpful and for anyone struggling to get flood insurance cover I would strongly recommend getting in touch with them.

In summary I purchase a policy from Fleet Assist because I got the cover I wanted at a price I wasn't expecting from people who were helpful cheerful and efficient.
