Hi Lisa. I am really sorry that you felt our service felt short. I can see your order was placed on a Saturday and as we only open and ship via Royal Mail on a Monday to Friday (as stated on our website) we shipped your order on our next available shipping date which was the following Monday. Your item should have been delivered on the following day, Tuesday but I can see it was delivered on the Wednesday. This is one day late rather than the five days stated in your review. However, this is not the service that you purchased and not the service that I would want you to receive and as such, I will be refunding your postage costs back to your payment source and I will be emailing you and exclusive discount code as a gesture of good will in the hope that you may wish to try out our services again one day. I hope that this goes some way to making this up to you and that one day we will be able to improve our star rating with yourself! Thanks for your feedback and for allowing us to learn, grow and improve our services for the future!
