Advert on website incorrect a trial pack of Nioxin
I ordered a trial pack of Nioxin, which was advertised to contain two 350ml bottles and one 100ml bottle. This quantity was clearly indicated in both the images and the product descriptions.
However, the items I received were two 150ml bottles and one 40ml bottle, which was not as expected.
I promptly contacted an advisor to report the discrepancy, but I had to follow up since I did not receive the promised callback.
I was informed that I could either return the items for a full refund or accept a 50% refund. Given that I operate a busy salon and urgently needed the products, I felt compelled to keep them.
As of now, I am still awaiting the refund, and I did not receive an apology from either advisor.
Regrettably, I will not consider using this company again. I am very disappointed and feel let down by this experience.
