Great product. Poor postage !
Product was great but postage was very slow despite costing nearly £7 for just two hairbrushes. I suggest you use a courier like Evri and cut the cost to the customer which would boost your sales !

Thank you so much for your order and feedback. Even though the information that you have provided is a little inaccurate.
Your shipping was charged at £5.78 which is for our Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. As our website delivery information clearly states, we ship using Royal Mail and their services run Monday to Friday.
As your order was placed on a Friday, a 48 hour service would be expected to arrive on the following Tuesday, and I can see by checking your order that your parcel was delivered on the following Tuesday at 8:56am. I can also see that Royal Mail went above and beyond with their service on this particular occasion as delivery was also attempted on the Monday at 13:54pm but unfortunately there was no-one there to receive the parcel.
I am sorry that you felt that this service did not meet your expectations. If you are ever unsure as to when to expect your parcel and which service is best to select, please feel free to use the webchat service on our website which comes directly to our business WhatsApp account and we will be more than happy to answer any questions that you have.
