Hi Julie sorry for your experience shopping with us but unfortunately from time to time we are out of stock of products that are showing in stock on our web site due to a number of factors, Customer service and a prompt response is of very high importants to us i don't know why you didn't receive it but an E-Mail was sent to the E-Mail Address provided on the 26/02/24 at 12.08pm explaining that we were out of stock and we would do a full refund, again sorry for any inconvenience caused.

First order - good experience
I was not too sure about using this supplier, but I needed to find a new source for products due to my previous supplier having been sold and moved out of my area.
This was my first purchase and everything went well. There was good communication via email, so I knew how my order was doing and where it was.
The brush I bought was to replace an older, similar one. It looks well made and proves good to use. Interested to see how long it lasts - the ultimate test of quality!
