Having to pay 25p for a paper envelope is an insult when changing large sums of money. This appears to be penny pinching of the first order.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed by the charge for the paper wallet. The 25p charge is part of a nationwide initiative to help reduce our paper usage. It covers the cost of the wallet, and 40% of the charge is donated to Just One Tree, a registered Community Interest Company (Reg. 12067406).
We appreciate that this may not have been clear at the time, and we'll make sure this is communicated more clearly to customers in future.

I had no email to confirm the currency…
I had no email to confirm the currency was ready for collection, I just turned up a few hours after ordering where the currency hadn't been allocated? No problems getting currency and the exchange rate was good. My order just wasn't actioned properly?
