took quite a long time to come through to the branch - longer than expected. When I picked the money up it was all in 20s and 10s. Bigger notes would have been easier.

I ordered my travel money on line to be picked up the next day. Cashier who served me after a long wait excellent. Fast travel money available. However 5th in line only 1 lady dispensing cash, whilst 2 collection areas, lady talked to a manager or rep 4 ages, then instead of serving she started to empty crates etc.
