Rec’d email advising currency available on Sat 26/07 No staff member there. Another gentleman and I waited half an hour. Sainsbury’s said they couldn’t help as it was an independent business. Telephoned the number in the kiosk, Staff member on duty on 25/7 off sick. No replacement. Had to return on Monday27th July to pick up currency as leaving on 28 th July.

I already have a Sainsbury’s travel card so was easily able to load euros on it plus ordering cash euros was very straightforward

Ordering my euros was easy
Ordering my euros was easy, but when I had completed and paid for my euros, I was shocked to see that I had inadvertently ordered double the amount I wanted. I had to transfer money from my savings which I had not intended. It is, of course, possible that I typed incorrectly, but I could not go back and check once I had paid. This would have been helpful to check if the fault was mine.
